My husband, my bonus daughter and I came here on Father’s Day. They weren’t super busy but not slow neither. We were greeted by a lovely young lady at the front who was awesome. However once we were seated we were there 32 minutes waiting on someone to come to our table. Finally the waitress comes over and apologizes: says no one let her know we were her table…From that point forward her service was great she promptly put in our orders and got our drinks to us.Once the food arrived it was absolutely delicious but put together very sloppy… I still ate and loved every sloppy bite!!Other than the wait in the beginning and the carelessness in making my sandwich it was overall a decent experience
Ok, I went 'OD' on the pictures. This place is pretty nice. The menu was very good Nd filled with favorites. There were numerous television's around to watch sports. The food was good. If you order wings, make sure you tell them about the sauce. If you don't like a lot, it can be a bit much. They give you this huge cup for your beverage. I would come back to this place because of the overall experience.
I ordered the Combo Cajun Alfredo Pasta. Very large portion but not much sauce. When I asked for more sauce I was charged.
Ordered one of their burgers through door dash and basically got an almost raw patty. So nasty.
To my complete surprise, the food was really good. I was never a big fan of bar food, but the food at Kickback Jack’s were prepared fresh and seasoned perfectly. Great selection for everyone to enjoy. We ordered Firecracker Shrimp, it was crunch outside and full of flavors. Fried Chicken Wings was one of the best that I had. It was off the bone easily. Wednesday wine special was super cheap. A glass of Vista Cabernet and a glass of Vista Merlot were only $2.75 each. Price were very reasonable and portion was good. Lots of big screen TV, you can enjoy a game from any seat. Comfy booth with lots of room. We definitely will come back.
Okay, they didn’t have the licensing rights to play the bruins game and the person who sat us down said they’d put it on, said “hockey is on the tv” and it was a rangers game, didn’t understand what we were asking.Probably my bad but wouldn’t order a cocktail at a sports bar again. The old fashion tasted like fireball and straight up simple syrup. They ran out of the only beer we’d ordered and they charged us two dollars for a water.Never ordered food. Thanks Flapjack Franks.
We always end up in the same booth! No complaints❤️Each time we go the wait staff are on their A-Game. The food is awesome and if it isn't to your liking; no hesitation to make it right! Kick'n it at Kick Back Jacks?
The food was pretty good. The wings have a good crunch to them and the Philly rolls were pretty good.
Ordered food for delivery. Sirloin (med rare) w/ shrimp side of Mac n cheese, and a seafood platter w/ Mac n cheese and fries. Steak barely cooked to rare, unseasoned. Did not receive the shrimp for the Steak or the cocktail sauce. All of the food was cold. Not room temperature. Cold. As though you stored it in a fridge instead of on a shelf. The French fries taste like they were cooked two hours ago. One hundred percent a waste of money. I do not understand how this has a 4.1 rating but good lord I believe it's faked. I can not and would not ever recommend even trying this.
Ordered wings tossed in sauce. Wings arrived looking like they touched sauce at one point and then immediately ran away. Spongy breading. No flavor. Just all around bad.
