I’m sorry we showed up to inconvenience the server by ordering food. She received no tip, because she didn’t seem to want one. Does she know she works for tips? The manager was nice enough, but seems his hands were tied by corporate to “makes it right”. I don’t fault either one of them. But I’m not out here to just throw money away either. At least make an effort. I never had my drink refilled. I never was asked was my order to my liking. The server never introduced herself. She never asked if we were ready for our check. It wasn’t even busy! She didn’t try to sell any specials or drinks. It was like she never had been to a restaurant herself before. If she went out, with her money, she wouldn’t want to pay, much less TIP for that kind of service. I still can’t believe it.
Fries were banging, but they can take it down a notch on the salt. Burger was fine, but the salt needed to be less... Altogether people are friendly the vibe is lit. I will definitely be going back here.
The food is good here the service sucks we had to wait 45 minutes for a table and then they gave use a booth.I am handicapped and it is hard to get in and out of a booth so I ask for a low top table they had five open and they said we had to wait another at least a few more minutes when five tables we empty so we left the manager could have Accommodate us by seating us and letting us wait at the table no he said we had to wait up front of the store again and that didn't make sense.Don't plan on going there again and don't recommend it either. Others walking out complaining too about the service.
I recently ordered 100 grilled dry rubbed wings from this location. They were charred and half of them weren’t edible. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of food I received. I will never order from this location again.
I've given this place several chances because we like the food but the past 4 times we've been we've been very frustrated. We walk in and there are 5 people standing around the hostess counter doing nothing. Understandable since there's no one on the restaurant. They say it will be 20 minutes. Now I get there's a shortage of help but you're gonna tell me there's a 20 minute wait with NO ONE in the restaurant? One time we walked in and they had no menus. Again restaurant is empty. Instead of seating us and then chasing down the menus they made us stand there for 20 minutes while they collected the menus, wiped them ALL down and organized them. I've been a hostess and a waitress. I'm an extremely patient person but after several experiences like this I say stay away. Did I mention the work shortage? Don't get me started on the 30 minute plus wait time for drinks and appetizers AFTER being seated.
One of the worse meals I've ever had here. Ordered the Chopped Steak, the potatoes were cold, and not room temp cold, they either had been sitting under the air or fresh out of the freezer, the butter wouldn't melt. The broccoli was old and chewy, and the chopped steak was an over cooked hamburger patty. Looked like they had a bunch of kids working there, and our waitress was practically non existent. Didn't trust sending it back!!
So…I have been living in the area going on 4 years now and never tried KBJ. I side hustle food delivery and every time I go there, I have to wait long periods for the pick up, rarely is the food ready when I arrive. At night, the place is pretty busy but there’s usually a large group of people in the parking lot taking a break from their beer to smoke, right at the entrance. There’s a cop inside which tells me they’ve had problems there before. Not the kind of place that I want to hang out in. When it gets really busy, the place kind of gets trashed. I’ve used the restroom several times while picking up orders, on weekends the restroom gets destroyed.However….the menu items are right up my alley and look really good! I ordered a carnivore pizza and buffalo garlic wings to go and was not disappointed! Both were so good! I took my wife there last night, same story, long wait for table, people smoking outside, cop in the restaurant, restroom trashed! We decided to avoid the wait and sat at the bar. Lots of good beer choices and the cute girl behind the bar was very polite and all smiles, just not very attentive. Lots of empty glasses around the bar and people waiting for various things that they needed. Refills, food orders, napkins, whatever. The food though? Excellent!! Loved everything that we ordered. I wish that this place didn’t draw in so many inconsiderate people. I would give this place 5 stars but I just can’t because of the inconsiderate customers, the required cop to keep trouble at bay and the lack of decent service. Clean those things up and you’d be my “go-to” place. I probably won’t be back for dine in unless it’s during the day. I’ll definitely order take out from here though, the food is good!
I just left this location and the waitress was over worked it took her long periods of time to accommodate our table we had to send three batches of wing back because they was hardly coated with sauces. When the manager Eon brought my mother her wings back she was on the telephone he stood in front of her and repeatedly said 10 fried wings I answered him yes each time cause she was on the phone but he didn’t acknowledge my answer he kept repeating himself until she said yes mind you I said she was on a phone call. So that was unprofessional weird behavior. At the end of our dine my son ate a French fry which he pulled out his mouth with hair attached to it. I asked the waitress to get the manager and Eon appeared to our table stating that he was the manager I explained what had occurred and he nonchalantly offered another batch of fries I told he him no thanks he then said well I’ll take the fries off the bill. No apologies or remorse showed and this is the type of person managing the restaurant. Very poor customer service. I asked to see another manager someone maybe who had higher rank because I couldn’t believe his customer service he said he was the highest manager there. I thought this was a bad joke. I asked him if there was a better accommodation he said no I said to him after my son had to pull hair out of his mouth. He continued to state no. I know situations happen like this especially with fast food and dine in restaurants but poor customer service is unacceptable I will not be returning to any kick back jacks because of this one person and when I said this to him he shrugged his shoulders.Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

Great service; grilled wings are heaven sent.Chicken Ceasar and Chicken peacan and strawberry salads were on point.
