We ordered 5pcs Nashville Hot tenders (tenders only no combo). When we got to the window, the guy there told us the total price is $18.14. I thought he said $8.14 so I double checked with him, he acted rude and said No, it’s $18.14 and I also asked if it was 5 tenders, he said Yes, $18.14 for 5 tenders because we did not get the combo. He acted like I was the ridiculous one for double checking. I know inflation is at all time high but this is ridiculous. There is no way 5 tenders should cost $18.14 anywhere. He told us that it was high because he had to pay $3 extra for the Nashville hot sauce but even without $3 extra, $15 is still too high for 5 tenders. I guess KFC employees can make up their own prices now, depending on whether they like the customer or not.
who ever hired these staff should rethink their decision. The staff is fully useless and lazy. They are rude for no reason. They cant do the simplest of tasks. The chicken served was was so small i could hide one entire chicken breast in my pocket. If there was a option less than one star i would have done so. never coming back
Very rude, would not give me my receipt. The chicken was over cooked and when I asked for my military discount the girl says they never had it. Not true just got it a couple weeks ago. NO customer service just plain RUDENESS!!
The rudest employees in the fast food industry can be found here. Look no further if you would like to be treated like problem for visiting this kfc. The food is cold or undercooked. Great location horrible franchise owners. Have given this location multiple chances but each time is worse. Will not be back.
Easily the most incompetent staff I’ve ever encountered. After multiple chances, this is a huge fail. Go to Arby’s and save yourself.*Owner will respond and ask for another chance, seemingly ignoring how many poor reviews this place has received in the recent past. The audacity is amusing.
Worst food I've ever had the chicken taste like 3 month old grease and the biscuit was rock hard and the drink being a Diet Pepsi and way too much syrup in it so needless to say I will not go back I pretty much threw it out
The food was great. Always hot and fresh. Best of all are the ladies running the drive-thru. They are awesome.
Not been here in a while . But this time was pretty good. Got fresh hot food had to wait but it was worth it clean and friendly employees.
Chicken was on point. But, the sides were awful. Mashed potatoes were overcooked and salty,and coleslaw was off
Girl at the drive just yanks your payment and might as well have thrown the bag. Customer service is definitely not a thing here. No one in line but took 5 minutes to even take a payment
