If I could give them zero stars I would.I had a SIMPLE order.A famous bowl with a Pepsi5 chicken tendersA box of popcorn chicken.Instead, I getNo famous bowlNo chicken tendersNo Pepsi (dr pepper instead)A shepherds pie (?????)And a box of popcorn chicken.It’s fast food. It’s not fine dining, it’s just not that hard to get even 2/4 things correct (coming from someone who worked at Arby’s for 2 years in the drive through AND kitchen.And when I tried to call, there’s no answer of course. Definitely didn’t get anywhere near the $22 worth of food I paid for.

When I go here, there are rarely more than 2 employees, making the wait ridiculously long. The employees normally are incredibly unprofessional, making fun of me for one thing or another, whether it is my order or not being able to hear their mumbled questions. Terribly run unit.
Made an order at the drive through and hit my total. Waited in line for 10 mins and got to the window. I was told it was a 12 minute wait for chicken. YOU COULDN'T TELL ME THAT WHEN I ORDERED?!? 15 mins of my life I’ll never get back. Unprofessional as well as poorly managed. This location has been steadily going downhill for years. I went to Popeyes and had a wonderful dinner
Its really bad we asked for additional extra gravy and it’s literally look like it was the left over its not even alot , and the sweet corn its so dry we didn’t even eat the food, will never come back here again very disappointed

When I went there the place was clean. The people working there were nice. My food didn’t take that long
Found a hair in my chicken tender box meal. Asked for a refund, no one seemed to know what to do. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and the dining room had not been cleaned at least that day. Place was empty inside, though several customers in the drive thru. Where is my refund?!
The chicken tenders were smaller than chicken nuggets. I paid $8 for this. Smh.Edit: I complained and they made it right.
First time being here. I know it was late & about to close but ... no corn in both bowls. Fries were room temperature. Pretty disappointed
