The food is good but the Pot Pie was the best I have ever had. My problem is that I had the pot pie once, when they first came on the menu and every time we have been there since they are out of them and said that it would take over 35 minutes. Maybe other people can wait that long but we can’t. I thought this was a fast food restaurant. I would gladly call my order in before coming but was told that they do not take orders that way. Why not???
Drive thru- asked for bbq chicken Littles they said they were out explained i didn't want it so i got a chicken breast meal instead with a sweet tea drove up to 2nd window (1st window closed) gave him the money looked at my receipt was charged for the chicken Littles I didn't want the guy pretty much brushed me off and gave me soaked greasy fries instead when I stated I wanted my money he told me i was holding up the line closed the window in my face and walked away. Long story short, I came out with my refund, btw the fries were greasy, and the chicken wasn't completely done.
Guy at the window was great.The experience over all would have been great if the loud mouth woman with a nasty attitude kept her mouth out of it during our order. She added confusion and frustration as she always does at this location. She needs to be fired because she hates her job and her customers and has literally made us drive away numerous times.
How in the hell do take an order of a chicken sandwich and fries and leave the chicken sandwich out? It boggles the mind of the stupidity, carelessness and complete lack of work ethic. Make a note, check the bag for the proper order because the people paid to do it are incompetent.
EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED TO EVERY CUSTOMER FOR BOTH LOCATIONS. ON OCTOBER 27TH, I VISITED THE KFC ON HULL STREET ROAD. I WAS AMAZED AS THIS RESTAURANT WAS DECORATED FOR HALLOWEEN ? AND HAD DINE IN HOURS THAT WERE INCLUSIVE OF COVID-19 ? AND THE CDC GUIDELINES FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING ?.
Hands down this is the best KFC…..they never disappoint! This afternoon I had the pleasure of being greeted by Robert via the drive thru. He was so polite and kind….It’s been years since I’ve been greeted that way.
I'm so upset! We should have walked OUT!! I'm on a fixed income, and this was supposed to be a treat. No treat. WASTE OF MONEY!!! Rude manager and nasty food. No taste. BIG WASTE!☹
The window worker who helped us named Andrew has the best customer service and empathy that I've seen in a long time. As long as he is there, we will continue to order from this KFC. Fabulous services, manners and overall experience because of Andrew. Thank you dear for your kindness
I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches at drive thru. I asked for one with no mayo. Was told it would be 12 minutes. After 30 minutes my boyfriend went inside. Said he was treated rudely and food was prepared while he waited. I got the order and both sandwiches had mayo. I took the order inside to get a sandwich with no mayo. I got my sandwich on a bare bun. No pickle, lettuce, tomato, or sauce. Very sad to wait for such a meal. No apologies or concern from employees. The chicken tasted good.
Wanted to try the new chicken sandwich.... very disappointed in the food and the Staff is rude... food was not good at all. I will never go back to this one. No point in being rude if you don't wanna work there don't work there. Also the soda machine tastes horrible please clean it.
