I went through the drive in. The food was good and the staff was courteous. However, I called the manager to let her know that the soda- Sierra Mist, tasted like carbonated water and they probably needed to add more syrup. She was very pleasant and apologetic as well as appreciative. I added humor and told her that's what I get because I was not supposed to have soda anyway. We both laughed. I told her I didn't need areplacement just wanted them to know before they got more complaints.
This is a pathetic, terrible place to order food and meals. I've visited this location twice and the customer service was the same. Non-chalant employees and disgusting products. The tenders were tough and fries were cold. Please don't waste your time ⏰ or money ? ? ? here. KFC used to be much better than this with quality and standards. Improvement is necessary. This happened a few months ago. There was a promotion of a free taco if a team scored a point. So I go to get my free taco along with other items. They had no clue about the promotion and they had an attitude about it. Then we leave and I looked at the receipt and they charged me for the taco. And so many times I've gone and they're out of chicken...how does a chicken place run out of the main meal??? The cashier's here have no manners no politeness, very rude and bad attitudes. They look like they don't wanna be there. I know they don't earn much but they're still being paid and paying customers want good food but also good customer service. This type of service puts people off. Close this place down.

Very poor service. I went there through the drive through a few days ago. When l got home l realized that the chicken was over cooked. I have been eating KFC for over fifty years and has never had KFC like this. Thinking that this may just have been a bad day, l went back today; but this time l went inside. When l walked in l noticed that the place was unkempt. The floor was sticky and the entire counter top needed a good wiping down. As l approachd the counter, there was an employee standing there to take my order. No kind if greeting or anything.No hello! No welcome to KFC! No, how may l help you or anything. So l decided to speak first. I gave him my order and and his attitude and demeanor never changed. There was an employee sitting in the lobby not doing anything. I asked her if she was the Manager and she said yes.Then she put her head down like she was trying to take a nap; and l'm saying to myself... who trained these people. I understand that a lot of companies are in desperate need of employees, but come on. Have you no pride? No shame? As a Manager...no business etiquette? WTH? Needless to say, l won't be going back. Just shameful!??♂️
Avoid at all cost. The staff are rude and could care less about working here. The food is horrible and definitely not worth the cost of your time or money. I'm not sure why this place is still operating.
If I could give no stars and still review that’s what this would be. No stars. The rudest restaurant staffer. I feel sorry for her coworkers.I’m so upset I can’t even put into words my disappointment and anxiety.
Went through the drive-thru. Order my meal. Substituted fries for macaroni and cheese. It's been awhile since I've had the fries. But they're actually pretty good. Chicken sandwich was not what I was expecting. Taste like the regular chicken with spicy sauce. Been watching the commercials so I've been wanting to try it. Flavor of chicken is okay. Nothing right home about. Would I eat it again? Probably.

This place and the workers are extremely trifling.. not only do they get your order wrong and your missing items they have an attitude when you tell them and act as if cursing the person behind them makes you feel better I will feel better if my food was cooked properly and the customer service was adequate
