I went to this KFC last night and made an order that said would be ready at 9:29pm for pick-up. I got there before 9:30pm and they said that they were closed, but online it states that they close at 10pm. I asked how would I get the refund and they told me to go on the website where I bought the food from. I told them I bought it on the KFC app and they told me to go on KFC Help. I don't understand why they could not do my refund while I was there.
They are slow route under staff and never have any chicken available
Ordered from the Taco Bell menu...the taco shells tasted like it had been in contact with a cleaning solution. ?
The nice old lady at the counter is Amazing! She's so pleasant and polite. The rest of the staff completely sucks tho, and the kitchen never has thier s**t together back there.
Disgusting chicken cooked in the super old oil and it’s so dark and Soggy at the same time omg that’s crazy and that’s how people get sick coz these places
The food was ok and the store was clean with a modern look. This KFC was also a Taco Bell so the menu was expansive. This fast food place got three stars tho because the service was slow, the order was wrong, and the workers were inattentive. Although nice very inattentive and uncoordinated.

Chicken not clean feathers on the cooked chicken and this has happened several times..My last time there! Old cooking oil used to cook in or burnt oil. We had a take out order didn't see all of this until we were home.
Went thru the drive thru this evening and ordered an 8 piece meal and 4 extra biscuits. I was very specific about not wanting any thighs and even told them which pieces (leg and a wing) to substitute for the thighs. No one in my household likes thighs so it is a waste of food for them to be brought home.Either the staff needs more training to tell the difference in breast and thighs or they just don't care about customer service. Not only did I receive the thighs I would normally get if I hadn't been specific... I only had 1 breast and 3 thighs. If I could rate them with 0 stars I would.
