I couldn’t hear at the machine so I apologized because I couldn’t hear and told her I think the machine isn’t turned up or something wrong with the machine she got an attitude because I couldn’t hear her and then when I got to the window I asked her to repeat it because we couldn’t hear her and then she got nasty and rude because she need to fix the order because it wasn’t correct from me not hearing her at the menu. I was really nice and i apologized for not hearing her correctly and she had no reason to catch an attitude like that.
It's 9pm. Online it says you're open til 10. On your door it says 11. Yet, lights are off and no sign in the window.If you're going to close early, for whatever reason (which is already a frustration, but I know staffing stinks) PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR.I just don't understand a complete lack of customer care.

I lowered my expectations so I won't be disappointed ?....WELL, open time on the door is 10:30, not open, 10:45, not. Okay, maybe 11, giving them the benefit of doubt, NOT OPENED!! 11:11 finally and just rude/not even happy Jesus woke them up this morning. Food good BUT...
That Place was "FILTHY" We came in at 11:45 am (They opened at 10:30an)and the floors were sticky by the drink machine all the tables were dirty some still had trash on them the trash cans were full you can tell they were not emptied from night before The whole floor even under tables, booths/Chairs and by front counter was dirty and the Ladies room was dirty toilet paper all over. They need employees who care about the place and maybe give them kind of nice job saying. When the 1s who do their job does it. I will be checking to see how it looks before We eat there again.We love that place but can't Eat in a Filthy place.
Went by this location (reluctantly) last night, 1/26/2021 about 9p. I ordered the 12pc vegan nugget combo with fries and 5pc tender meal with fries. To my surprise (sarcastically) they were out of fries and no tenders. So I got mac n cheese as the side for the nuggets. So my son wanted the hot wings ... oh its going to be 15-20 minutes .... ok get me a chicken sandwich instead ... no chicken sandwich. So I ordered another 12pc Vegan nuggets but NOT the combo. It will be 14 minutes on those nuggets ??♂️. So I was like fine ... I pull around and the young lady says my total is 29$. She was like yea for the combo and the 12pc ... so 13$ for NO side or drink ... ended up making it 2 combos. Then once I got the food YALL FORGOT THE SECOND SIDE. The response I got was "oh" .... this one is the absolute worst. I know staffing shortages and stuff but come on. No I'm sorry .... nothing, just "oh".
Every time I go here its for dinner. They are always out of something. At 5:30 in the evening they were out of extra crispy chicken and didnt bother making anymore. This place is in need of a different manager
Went to this KFC on Saturday evening on 12/11. From the beginning it was bad. The girl at the window was unprofessional and seemed distracted. We ordered and 8pc with a large fry which was advertised on the app as free with purchase. When we got to the window and tried to use the coupon the Manager Tyrek said we couldn’t use it. Cancelled the fry and asked for hot sauce, the girl gave me 4 packs for 8 pcs of chicken. I was so frustrated I just drove off.
KFC used to have great chicken. Now that I am older and wiser I know they no longer have great chicken. Paid WAY too much for a few scrawny pieces. Probably will not go back for at least another 5-10 years.
Just left there again they always get something in my order wrong this time I asked for Mac and cheese they gave me fries….fries wit hella salt on them…so much salt i can’t even eat one that’s a shame
