Came here to pick up a delivery order for Uber eats and the front doors were locked with no signage. I could see people inside so I went through the drive-thru, nobody answered me at the speaker so I went to the window where I saw three to four people standing with their headsets on yelling to each other. Once they saw me they all walked away. Completely ignored me. I could literally hear them yelling through the window... Would rate zero stars if possible

Just ok.. far from the best place to get chicken, not the worst either tho
My son loves KFC and would be heartbroken if I didn't say this was the best place ever. They even gave him an extra cookie because of his exuberant loyalty. Can't very well hate on that.
There is no consistency with your chicken, some time fresh and some time omg I don't even want to get started, my advise to you guys it to go to jamaica and try some KFC there then do your research and fix your chicken.
One would think that a person that works in a chicken fast food restaurant can count the pieces of chicken that they put in the box, but that IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE! I don't know what the issue was, but I ordered a 3 piece, but when I got home, only two pieces were in the box! Talk about frustrated! Had to go back out in the cold (1st day of winter & it WAS chilly out!). I went back to the drive thru window, the young woman who originally took my order came to the window.. I told her that I was a piece of chicken short. I also asked if they could throw in a extra piece of chicken or a biscuit for my troubles. Nope! She gave me a free cookie... That's just not the same lol. But the person boxing the chicken needs to get it together!!

No mask, NO Gloves, food taste Old highly disappointed & An i will be contacting the proper Personnel!
Chicken was sup par and they did not have any biscuits and the employees were not even attentive.
