Unprofessional windows person. I ask for a 3 pieces meal and ask for the two and she said only one side comes with it. I then ask her have they stop the the sides that come with the three pieces meal. She said yes, then as I drive to the window I ask her again about the three pieces meal. She said that she didn't like the way I say it. I also ask for lite ice for my soda. She fill the cup up with ice.
I’m still in the drive thru line and they only accepting cards no cash and the only drinks they have is sweet tea every time I come here they trash ? just throw the whole store away and the employees
If you go through the drive thru then you'd never know about the smell of dookie and Lysol that smacks you in the face as you walk in the door.

We like the Hot Wings and the mac & cheese. I usually go through the drive-thru, place my order, PAY FOR MY ORDER, get my receipt, and tell the cashier I'll be back to pick it up when it's done because we normally order the 24 piece hot wings. I go run another errand and then come back and pick it up. No problems. Now KFC does have an app you can order through, but I wouldn't trust using that at this location. Read the below and pay close attention...This is KFC off of Laburnum and Mechanicsville Turnpike; use COMMON SENSE...▪︎ DON'T get mad if you place a large order at the drive-thru and expect it to be done when you get to the window to pay for it. IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!▪︎ DON'T go inside and expect to get faster service. IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!▪︎ DON'T expect to order through the KFC app at this location and think it's going to be right. You don't live in a tech driven location like Northern, Virginia. Awful experience. Ordered through the app, so I parked in their lot and tried to get in, but all the doors were locked. So I got in line at the drive thru and after wasting 5 min of my time it was finally my turn, where they told me that since I was a mobile order I had to come in to pick it up. I told him it was locked, he said I was wrong. So I parked again and tried the doors, they were still locked. I knocked on the door and an employee came outside and gave me attitude about knocking on the door and said I had to wait in the car for them to bring it to me. Sat in the car for about 20 minutes until the food came out. Never going to this location again.

I bought the family meal and like most people I trust that every thing in my bag was correct after waiting in line for my food at the drive thru. The chicken was so dry and hard and I'm appalled that Kentucky Fried chicken would even serve that and take my money ?.
