To start off the food was hot and out very quickly, I ate inside their dining room was very clean along with the bathrooms but I ended up leaving my wallet there I tried calling but for some reason their number wasn’t accepting calls so I just ended up driving the 30 minutes back to it to see if it was turned in or if the employees may have seen it and grabbed it thankfully the employees did see it thought it was a piece of clothing at first because it was on the window seal instead of table… I wanted to give the employee a tip just to say thank you but didn’t know which one was the one who turned it in… I wish I would’ve asked when I got it back because she does deserve a thank you for being truthful I had cash in my wallet all of it was there I was just so shooken up I didn’t think about asking who found it to tip them I may go back one day to see if I can find out and do that. But overall a good place to stop and eat. Very thankful cor the honest employees
The best damn chicken I ever had! 10/10 experience, I would come back daily and love the customer service. Great work KFC!
There was a 4 minute wait for the dark meat, no pot pies (which is why my friend wanted dinner from here to start with) and no potato wedges which was to be part of my order. So why 4 stars? Because of the employees. They were polite, brought the food out to the car once it was done, included napkins and even made sure to let me know which of the two teas was sweet and which was the unsweetened tea. While I don't know the names of all of the employees invoved I hope the franchise owner sees this and let's the employees that were there this evening know that their efforts were indeed noticed and appreciated. ?
Could only use card or exact change, as they didn't have any change. Had to wait what seemed 15 minutes for a $25 order ($24.14 to be exact) and finally went inside to get food. Only medium cup sized drinks for sale. Just not the experience I was hoping for. If they had all of these problems, it might have been better to stay closed for a day
Wait an hour for your food (which is wrong) and when you ask about it get laughed at and stared at like you're crazy. Hey at least the employees are havin fun, blasting music, running in and out of the store and yelling the nword as loud as possible. Top notch. Highly recommended.
Spent 24 bucks on a family feast they asked me to pull around to the parking lot..waited 15 minutes drive all the way home..too my surprise chicken old and dehydrated what a waste of time and money im trying to figure out what was the point of having me pull around and wait for 15 minutes for old food smh not the kfc experience or quality I've comee to expect 12/22/2021 I doubt they read these but something has to be done
I did not eat there. The line was so long and I needed to get to work. The last time I was there the person putting the food in the box told me the cool the hot wings made to order. I will be back for that
i wish i could rate this location at zero. makes me wish the chain was never started. messed up my order completely in literally every aspect. ordered mac and cheese, fries, and mashed potatoes with gravy and received three soggy fries. Ordered my mom a sweet tea as she doesn’t drink soda and they gave her a pepsi. just to name a few. what they did get correct with my order was cold, soggy, and disgusting.
This might be the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Not only do they continually get orders wrong but they’re rude. One time, they got an order wrong, I went back inside, and they “fixed it”.. so I went back to my car and guess what? They got it wrong.. again.. oh and they’ve messed up multiple Uber eats orders. Heat up a hot pocket or something, going here is a waste.
Long wait times and very unprofessional employees. Food was ok but poorly prepared. I would say only go here if you have to and even then you should probably call ahead first.
