All of our food was hot, tasty and cooked perfectly! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it was kind of a long wait at the table for the chef to come and start cooking especially since we had a reservation. Good thing we had the soup and salad served to hold us until the chef showed up. Other than the long wait i would highly recommend for a fun family dinner.
This is my favorite restaurant, this place is awesome! Everything on the menu is delicious, the steak, shrimp, salmon, chicken etc. You will not go home hungry especially with the fried rice and vegetables they give with every meal. It's a little pricey but we'll worth the experience of having food cooked right in front of you. And of course the fires they make on the grill make the experience well worth it! If you haven't been here you owe it to treat yourself to this restaurant! I will be going back very soon!!
Kobuto has become a birthday tradition in our family. It's a great experience, a fun environment, and the food is great. They always do well accommodating our family members with dietary requests & restrictions.When you want to treat yourself or someone else to a unique dining experience, go to Kobuto.
I only gave a 1 star so I could comment. My fiancé and I never get a chance to do much so the day after Valentine’s Day we went around 8:25pm it was at least 10 cars outside. They told us they weren’t serving anyone else. Three more people walked in as we walked out she told them the same but I never saw them walk out. So I go back in to see if she sat them and sure enough she was trying to find space for them. All she could say to me was they wanted to see if they could squeeze in because they drive far away. As if we lived right around the corner. I will never step foot in that establishment again. We were so looking forward to spend a little time together. That was completely ruined. My opinion go to kabuki‘s in Chest Va way better service. No star’s ??

When I arrived I thought this establishment was out of business due to the upkeep of the parking lot. Once you get past the weeds and branches, you’re greeted by “oh this is cute, I see what you’re going for.” The waiting area was beautifully decorated. The Koi were doing their thing and the kids loved them. I even enjoyed the scene on the ceiling. The sushi bar wasn’t available when I was there (Sunday 1pm). It’s your typical hibachi spot. The show was for the kids and it was ok. Great food. Great customer service. Will I return? Eh. I’m good.
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. My sons took me for my birthday. They enjoyed it as well. It is a bit pricey so bring your wallet.
We got a last-minute New Year's Eve reservation for 4 o'clock.There was a comfortable ambiance. Service was efficient without rushing us. Our Chef was a bit of a prankster, giving us a good show.We eat at Hibachi restaurants fairly often. Kabuto's shrimp, vegetables, salad and soup were excellent. Their fried rice and filet were not as good as we've had elsewhere.We'd definitely go back. It was a nice dinner to lead into the New Year.
The manager there is very rude. Me and my family were placing a pick up order over the phone and before placing the order we did inform him that it would be two separate orders he said “ok” and preceded to ask for the name of the first order after we gave him the first order he then ask for the name of the second order and takes the order he then gives us total for it as one order saying they can split the order because they’re short staff. Not really sure what the difference would have been if we called the two orders in separately. He could just told us that they could separate the orders before wasting our time and letting us place all of our orders. After he told us he couldn’t separate the order he then says he’s canceling our order and hangs up not giving us a chance to respond or ask if we still want to pay with different cards. Very unprofessional and he’s the manger i will be telling everyone i know that i don’t recommend this place because of the horrible service the MANAGER provided
My family just called this restaurant to place 2 big orders, and instead of telling us on the phone that they couldn’t do separate orders at this time the manager who took the call told us he was canceling the order he let us place anyway knowing they wouldn’t be able to fulfill and hung up on us. This was my first experience with them and i can confidently say this is my last experience with them. Do better
