It is unbelievable the quality of food this place serves. We ordered karahi chicken and it was the worst we have ever had, it had a bad smell, had wings and other inedible pieces with skin on, was in a styrofoam container and it was more like a chicken curry. We also ordered veggie biryani, again the worst ever. Has no veggies, has a smell, is burnt and a complete mush/paste. Everything straight went into the trash can!
Had the buffet. Food was too oily especially the biryani. Soda wasn't refillable/bottomless.Butter chicken was extremely sweet. The only thing I liked was the dessert. Also there weren't any kebabs.
Ok I went for buffet. And that was the worst experience ever. Most of them were left over and cooked few days ago. Just waste of money.
We went with my family to this restaurant for almost 5 yearsAll foods fresh and tasty healthy as wellIf you living in Richmond visit this restaurantToday is 12/31/2021 I am an hour away from them want to go with my family to enjoy the foods
First time in here with my family! Delicious food though on the buffet table & salad bar area needs professional touch! It could be #1 Halal Buffet/ Restaurant in Glen Allen/Short Pump Area if it taken care!! Wish them A Good Luck!?
If you want your money not to be waisted then don’t go to this restaurant. Food is not authentic and left over too. I ordered boneless chicken Karahi yesterday but was given a bone in thigh chicken, which was over spicy. Chicken was look previously cooked and re warmed few times few times before given to us. All of our family got sick and throwing up after having it. Horrible.
Good food and the buffet was good, especially the BBQ chicken.
We had lunch takeout (by wt.) and a lunch box. Food didnt taste good. Tandoori chicken looked and tasted left over from previous day. Other meat items also did not taste good. It didn't worth our money. Will not visit again.
Food was good. Very inexpensive and freshly prepared. Not a great ambience! Could do with some deep cleaning and some decor. But we just stopped for a quick bite to eat after the Indian shop so it was convenient. Would like to try their other dishes next time.
The goat biryani is amazing. This restaurant is the closest thing to authentic south Asian cuisine. There’s really no competition, this restaurant is the definition of a hidden gem.
