This was my first time at Juleps since they moved downtown. They definitely caught up with the times with the move but still run a super professional show. They do a great job of staying true to their southern theme, which makes it a little difficult if you are vegetarian (i.e., expect otherwise vegetarian dishes to be topped with bacon or pork belly). They did offer a vegetarian special and it was absolutely delicious. I'd describe the taste as complex but also just satisfying in a familiar home cooked way. Note that in keeping with the theme the drink menu skews toward the whiskies and bourbons. I had the special which was a pomegranate and champagne drink--a delicious alternative for those of us who can't do whiskey. We sat at a booth but the bar area was beautiful, would be a great place to just stop in for drinks.
You do have to like spicy food to eat many of the starters, but the quality of the food is stupendous, and such interesting combinations. Also, the sorbet was the best I've ever had. I forgot to ask if it was made in-house.
We were four for dinner at Julep’s. The service was attentive and timely (even with the restaurant being almost completely full). Our waiter gave us all the time we needed to make our choices, he gave good balanced advice. The wine list was extensive and representative of many wine producing regions. The food was well prepared and very good. The decore was simple but felt relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommend Julep’s.
We went to julep's last night and was pretty happy with our experience. My husband and i went with our 14 mo daughter. Restaurant was clean and i did like that they had hand sanitizer at the table. The corn muffin they give are awesome, moist and light. But they only give 1 per person. It probably a good thing because i would have never stopped. We had the scallops which were delicious. For dinner we had the crab cake and the filet. Both were delicious. They dont really have kids cups but our server improvised. Very much appreciated. Would recommend!
Went to Julep's for dinner this past Saturday for early Valentines. What a delight! We had the ravioli appetizer, then I had the pork chop and my husband had the steak. All was delicious!
We have dined here multiple times and they have always been good. Last time we were there they were not busy at all maybe three tables were sat. Service was super slow took close to an hour to get our meals. Portions were super tiny and prices had tripled. Key ingredients were missing or were out of. I think the supply issues and COVID have hurt this place.
We went there for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant is just lovely, white tablecloths, cozy atmosphere, extensive wine list and the food is all made in house and is very fresh. Our meal was yummy and the pecan pie for desert was to die for. Our waiter Tony, a true professional, recognized that we weren’t in a rush so we had a nice leisurely meal. The service was impeccable. The whole experience was memorable. I would highly recommend going there for a top notch meal.
Exceeded all expectations. From the goat cheese tart appetizer, to the steak and duck, to the bananas foster dessert, everything was a grand slam. The Burgundy by the glass was stellar. Our server Adam was fabulous as well. They allow you to relax, take your time and relish the experience.. It was truly an epicurean delight to dine here.

Quiet, attractive ambience, extremely efficient and friendly staff, and exceptional service. I never felt rushed! We had a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts, all prepared expertly, presentation was very nice, and the taste was among the best I have ever enjoyed.
