Have always had a great experience with this establishment. Excellent customer service and the food always tastes consistently fresh.
The times are never correct for pick up orders always have to wait at least an additional 15 mins
Took almost 20 minutes to get an order placed in store, while employees were more focused on making pickup orders, our food went unmade. Very dissatisfied with seevice

Worst customer service ever. Will never go to this location again. Very rude cook throw my food on the counter after I ask about my order. She said she had 3 giant subs to make. Then made a suggested that I needed to wait because she was busy. I have patience but she was saying this loud enough for me to hear. Staff was kissing in the back. Staff that wasn’t on duty was walking around the kitchen not apron no glove touching and talking over food being prepared. This location is chaotic
The branch on staples mill excellent but the one they have bon air thumbs down i will never go back to the bon air store and any one i know i tell them keep driving untill u reach staples mill area jersey mikes.

Sandwich was delicious and so juicy . The staff there is very nice . It was just perfect , I will definitely return.
Lettuce was wilted and brown and then I got a pack of chips that was not worth the price when I ask the supervisor could I get my money back she told me she don't work for Fritos of lay that I can get or switch another chip bag.
