One of my only complaints (aside from the occasional stale bread) is that they turn their phone off whenever they get remotely busy which doesn't seem like the smartest strategy but I'm not a business owner so who knows

Hit or miss if you have an order with more than a few ingredients. 50% of the time they leave something out at this location. It seems they've reduced their portion size now too or perhaps it's just more employee errors. Regular sub was noticeably smaller and less filling. Either way, not worth the annoyance anymore
I don’t normally go to Jersey Mike's. But I received a gift card for Christmas and figured I'd use it. I got off work late and was able to get there ten minutes before close. The young man who rung me up was having difficulty with my gift card, so out of the kindness of his heart, he gave me my meal on him. I figured the very least I could do was leave a positive review. These random acts of kindness are so far and few these days that whenever they do happen, they should be acknowledged. Very positive experience!
Small, convenient. Can eat in. Does large carry out business. Had steak & cheese sub on wheat. Good sandwich. Fast service. Did not order ahead.

First I want to say staff here was super friendly. Had about 3 men in uniform inside from what I say around the front area. I was told by one if I didn’t see my order at the pick up let him know or if I needed anything let him know ! Now on to the food this is my first time actually ordering from them myself I had the cheese steak and it was great wishing I would have gotten a bigger size as I’m still hungry the cheese was sooooo good I will definitely try this location again
5 Star service every time and 5 star food every time.
Pretty upset that all orders had been fine with the exception of the pregnant ladies food. How do you forget to put anything on it? No buffalo sauce like it's supposed to, no lettuce, just a bunch of mayo and meat on soggy bread. Very disappointed won't be eating here again
