Second bad experience in a row at Jersey Mike's. Girl making my sandwich dropped meat into the breadcrumbs that were lying on the counter for who knows how long. When I questioned it she said it's just bread, however, you can see breadcrumbs caked up under the slicing machine and on the counter that look like they've been there for weeks. Very unsanitary. Should have just remade it. Now I have an 18$ sub going straight to the trash. Bad service happens when you hire bad employees.
This place operates well during non-peak hours. But if you want to get food during a regular mealtime, be prepared to wait a frustratingly long amount of time. While you wait you can observe a number of simple ways that they could operate more efficiently. They don't appear to be understaffed, just poorly managed. If you place an order online, you can also prepare to wait, sometimes up to 20 minutes after your scheduled pickup time, for them to start your order.Best practices for sandwich shop operations are pretty universal. I wish the management here would look into them.I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because (1) the sandwiches are delicious and (2) every once in a while they operate well (about 1/3 of the time in my experienceover the last year). We keep going here because it's so close to our house, affordable, and tasty, and we're always hopeful that they will pull their operations together. I just hope it happens soon or we may just give up on this location.
Ordered a Turkey provolone sub over phone. Repeated order twice. Got home with a club sub. Called and asked for a refund which manager would not give me over phone. Bad customer service.
First impression: Expensive.Also, didn't ask what type of bread I wanted, and what I got didn't seem fresh. Too many sandwich shops around to go back.
Very nice server and fresh good food, fast service. It's a bit pricey for me, but that's all.
They were very friendly restaurant was clean every one had a smile on there face and they said welcome to jersey Mike's when you enter the dining room that made me feel good and it was very clean
Worst customer service ever! This location is an embarrassment to all Jersey Mike's! Our order was not only wrong the staff could barely be bothered to fix it. If you are hungry get your food any where but here.

3/31/21 We went for their Day of Giving. This time we ordered #56, the Big Kahuna. It was great. We added lettuce, tomatoes & mayo & skipped the jalapeno peppers. I like the fact that you can omit the salt. Juicy & delicious. See pic below.Our 1st time ordering a hot sub. The #17 was delicious. We went on St. Patrick's Day for double points. I did not receive them. One brief message through the app, I received the rest of my points. It was confirmed by an email with a sincere apology. We make mistakes....it's how we rectify them, that makes the difference.
