It's a very good salad bar. Don't let the fact that are not doing all you can eat so you. The plate is huge and if it doesn't fill you up... well it's big enough trust me.
This restaurant has been in this location for several years. It's still hit or miss whether they will get your order right. For a company luncheon today the order was 40 min late with no advanced warning, and they left out sides and someone's entire lunch. It wasn't a super complicated or voluminous order, either, and the order was placed well in advance, not last minute. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. My advice is to dine in. Their online or phone in take out service is inexcusabley subpar and not trustworthy. Its a little like the Forest Gump saying -you never know what you're gonna get.
First time stopping in, food was good, had a steak po'boy, and my wife had Alfredo, food was fresh and yummy, the dessert was delicious too..
I find it interesting that the owner himself acts with respect and professionalism, and the employee Lila Robinson, who calls herself a manager, thinks she owns the establishment. Unfortunately Mr Brett is your image and the image of your restaurant that is being disrespected. While she works, she represents the Jason Deli and the principles that this restaurant passes on. I want to inform you that your company's name is being burned every day. With so many bad reviews, I don't know what you're waiting for to take action.Your employee is extremely rude, disrespectful, arrogant and makes us feel bad about being in your business. I hope she improves, but it looks like it she will never because she is getting ruder everyday. However, the food is good but I reconsider a thousand times before going to eat at this place at night when she is working. The rest of your employee is more than awesome including all managers.I would like you to reconsider the continuation of her work at your business.
The garden bar is only one time through now. Not all you can eat salad like before and nothing in the store is clear about that and the price for the salad one time through (which is not written anywhere) is $9 and to add a salad bar to an order is 6.59. So if dose not seem that much different than before except now you only get one time through to pile on a salad bowl as much as you can. Instead of enjoying a smaller bowl of one kind of salad a second time through with something totally different. Might as well go to Chopt across the street if there is no difference. We used to frequent this place. Now we have no reason to.
I eat at Jason's deli probably 2 to 3 times per week. I am obsessed with their salad bar and the freshness of the ingredients. Due to illness I've been shut in and have been using doordash to receive my salads. 2 out of 3 orders were awful. I didn't receive any of the requested ingredients It just looked like a kid had fixed the salad for me. The reason for today's review is salad number 3. This salad was in a container meant for baked potatoes. The inside of the lid was covered with sour cream and bacon as if someone started to prepare a baked potato and then threw lettuce inside and tomatoes to make it look like a salad. I was disgusted. $22.39 worth of disgust . Jason's deli you are better than this!
Never ever again will I come back the entire staff was so obviously rude for no apparent reasonNumber 1 I place an order a French Onion soup that the waiter also forgot to give me and almost gave my soup to the wrong table 2 I payed for the salad come to find out its only a 1 time thing which I feel it should have been a sign saying that you can only go to the Salad bar onetime!!! This is bad business at it's finest
Service here is abysmal. The person at the register couldn’t be less friendly. I love the food at Jason’s but I will likely not visit this particular location again.
This deli is convenient, easy to find location and has good hours. The sandwiches are a speciality and some are grills but it’s a short wait for most hot items and they deliver to you table. There is a large salad bar. We ordered salad, a muffelata and drinks. They were tasty and fresh. The cafe tries for a New Orleans vibe with several items included on the menu. A nice surprise is soft serve ice cream complementary to eat in diners.
Loved this place a lot more before you stopped the complimentary muffins. ?
