Amazing food great customer service ?
I've had many pleasures of eating at Jackie's Restaurant, I love good home-cooked food and it is delicious. My husband and I love the smothered pork chops, fried chicken, mac & cheese, potato salad and collard greens along with other items. Jackie's catered my daughter's wedding, and the guests expressed how good the food was many times over. I reserved Jackie's event room for a family function, the food, and service were excellent. I will definitely be supporting this establishment.
Absolutely love this place. My favorite soul food spot. I usually get the fried chicken or fried fish dinner, can’t go wrong with either. They catered my wedding in 2019 and it was amazing. I’ve never had a bad meal from this spot.
Food is delicious , we’ve never been disappointed in any order we’ve placed. Let the order be of fish, pork chops, chicken…….. The sides Mac-n-cheese, Collard greens, Potatoes salad, Cornbread, Yams just to name a few…….Simply Great Southern Home style cooking at its Best!!
Ordered sweet potato pie and whitings to go and get there and they tell me they do not have sweet potato pie. Take it off the online menu..Then I get home and there is no tarter sauce for my fish or napkins in the bag( I should have checked, but after waiting 1hr and 54min. I did not think about it).... Missing Mac and cheese with my order but no one's answering and they close at 5pm..
This place is the worst!! Still not allowing indoor dining, then makes you wear a mask to come in even since mandates are gone, then wants to charge you a service fee and they’re slow and rude!!! There’s better places to dine for southern food in this area and you can actually go inside and be served where it’s warranted to “tip” versus a service fee to wait and be shoved off like you don’t matter! You’re being charged more for doing business w a failing business lol these ppl are ridiculous!
Food was good but the service was bad! Caucasian waitress with the red hair was very rude- maybe she was having a bad day? It really makes me not want to spend my hard earned money there….

I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, there were several signs that said not to enter the restaurant and to call to have your order brought out. I did that and spoke to someone that was running orders out in the parking lot. She said she would check on it. I waited while several people pulled up, got their food and left. I assumed the lady just forgot my order, so after 15 min I called back. I asked if my order was still being worked on and she said it was just finished and I could come in to get it. I guess they didn't want to bring it out. I ordered fried fish, greens, and mac and cheese. The fish was rubbery and barely warm, i took one bite and said no. The sides were really good though, I'll give them that. First and last time.
This restaurant is extremely slow and customer service is non existent. Arriving at 4:10pm to pick up the order, and being told it would be "just a few minutes," I waited another 15 minutes, and then was told that they are making the drinks now. After another 5 minutes (4:30pm), I was told it would be ready in 6 minutes. 14 minutes later I was told they did not know when it would be ready: "I wish I could tell you." The order was finally ready at 4:50pm, an hour after being ordered. It should be noted they were nowhere near being busy, as they are not open for dine-in and only had two other small to-go orders.
