We were able to get a party of 8 squeezed in last minute during the dinner rush. The service was very expedient and we were fed enough attention to keep our drinks full until our burgers came. I can't remember what everyone had, but it was all devoured in record time. Between the atmosphere, delicious food, great selection of craft beers, and friendly server staff, I highly recommend!
In Richmond for work and decided to give Jack Brown’s a try. I like a good burger and have been getting more adventurous regarding beer. The place is very eclectic! They had about 6 beers on tap. I tried the stout and it was good. Had the Cowboy Burger and was a little disappointed in it. The burger was small and the BBQ sauce was pretty potent. Not sure what kind of sauce it was, but it over powered the meat. The fries were crispy and good. Overall it was a good meal. Personally I think it is more of a lunch place.
Stopped in here for a meal before a night at Comedy Sportz, this place was hopping as usual. The staff was friendly and service was fantastic.. The food came out quick, was fresh hot and looked appetizing.
Our waitress was actually really nice but whoever ran her food, gave all of us the wrong burgers. And we were handed trivia papers and this girl with black curly hair went up to us and said that we weren’t allowed to play and that we needed to leave as soon as possible. It was very rude and I was expecting really good service since it was my first time coming there. It would be very disappointing and concerning if she acted that way towards everyone.
Always a banger. Food is on point (don’t skip the Jack Browns sauce). Beer selection is always great, and the employees are always friendly and fun. It’s a classic and a must-try if you haven’t already.
Jack Brown's always hits the spot. The burgers are delicious, the beer is cold and yummy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would eat here every day if my cholesterol could handle it.

Screw "Arby's has the meat"! This place planted the beef seed and pushed its grandma in a creek. The burger was absolutely amazing covered by a fresh roll that made me smack my momma. With a side of fries I about died with the special dipping sauce. Take my money, I'll be back soon! On a side note they have a nice golden beverage selection to drip down all that meat.
