I recently visited the ihop on Laburnum and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I waited over 15 minutes to be sat at a table. I stopped the manager, Claudina, to ask if I could be sat and she was extremely rude. She didn’t even say hello, and just walked away and said “one second.” Ten minutes goes by and I’m still waiting, then she finally comes back and tries to hurry up and sit me. Once seated, my server Heavyn greeted me with kindness and had a smile on her face the entire time. My meal was not prepared to my liking, but my lovely server, Heavyn, got my meal recooked for me. Nonetheless, Heavyn was friendly and deserves a raise; however, Claudina can use an attitude check and take a page out of Heavyn’s book on customer service.

We were told when we signed in it would be a 15 min wait!!Waited an hour for them to tell us the only 2 ways we could sit were to 1) sit in 2 different parties and eat separately, or 2) wait another hour (not grantees). We were celebrating my mom and sister's birthday so eating separately was not an option, and we definitely weren't gonna wait another hour....smh very disappointing.

Unfortunately it took a hour to get breakfast. Our order must have gotten overlooked. We were a party of 5. A family behind us received there food before us because they knew one of the employees and they ordered after us. Several take-outs were served before us. Not a good start to the morning as we were going to a graduation. The manager handled the situation, thank you. When the breakfast arrived it was good. Maybe the waitress should have been a bit more aggressive in monitoring her orders.

Terrible customer service! I put in a delivery order, and called in to ask for ketchup to be placed in the bag since there is no option on the app… Tell me an answer the phone said “Man we too busy for all that ketchup already comes in the bag!” CLICK! That was very crazy to me. How are you too busy to answer a quick question for paying customer? And then really just hung up in my face! I’ll be going in for a refund I don’t even want to eat food being made somewhere they think it’s OK to treat customers like that!

During our visit it was empty. Maybe 1 or 2 families sitting down and my family along with 2 others walked in at the same time. Shortly after walking in we were taken care of! The manager needs a raise. She was the only one serving, cooking, everything. She did amazing! She was very kind and patient. She cooked everything well, my son loved the pancake she made him! I couldn't imagine how hard being the only one serving, cooking, and everything else but she did not seem phased. She really needs a raise, it's hard to find people willing to do so much. Treat her right!

It was a slow night so I appreciated the attention and service that our server showed us. It's iHOP so of course the food was excellent

The only reason this restaurant gets two stars is because the pork sausage links were delicious. The rest of our meals were garbage. The eggs were hard and rubbery, the pancakes were overcooked and fell apart as if they poured more batter on after the pancakes were already cooking, the toast was hard, and the grits were watery. Save your money and go to Cracker Barrel instead.

Stood at the entrance for approx. 4-5 minutes before someone came out the back to seat us. Once seated we waited another 10 minutes before we decided to go elsewhere. It was 2pm and the restaurant did not even appear busy. When we left I could see the waitress going to our table to remove the menus. If she would have said "Hello I'll be your waitress we are short staffed, please be Patient. That would have possibly worked. However they said nothing didn't even offer to get our drinks, after sitting for 10minutes.

First off, it took them forever to answer the phone. Then when they did answer it, they put me on hold. I was on hold so long that I just hung up. My sister went on ahead and tried, she somehow got through and ordered our food They said our food would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 15 minutes before I left to go and get it. I got there and had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. I could tell from the yelling in the kitchen that there was a problem with our order. The man comes out with our food and says "Sorry". I get home, had to heat my food up .... I had pancakes and an omelette. Bit into my omelette and was wondering what is this I'm chewing ... the paper that separates the cheese slices. And my pancakes did not taste IHOP worthy. It was just a bad experience all around.

I ordered grub hub. The big steak omelette. The steak was burnt and asked for no mushrooms and I received mushrooms. I just threw the entire omelette in the trash. Taste terrible.What a waste.
