Great chicken. Comparable to Zaxbys and to be honest, I prefer it for the most part. Fresh, not overcooked. Thick portions too. The fries are really great too with just enough seasoning to stand out. JJ is always pleasant and as affable an employee as I have seen at any place dealing with the public. The spot isn't too far from my office so I expect to visit these guys on the regular.

First visit today, and I will be back! I moved to RVA from Orlando, where my tender joint of choice was Huey Magoo's--Zaxby's tenders have always seemed dry and tasteless to me in comparison. Happy to say GO Bird's tenders are similarly moist and flavorful, and the tender size was fine to me--I did the 4-piece but 3 would have been fine. The fries and garlic toast were standard, but I'll give the slaw a shout-out--everywhere makes slaw differently and I like some more than others, but this one is good. Super friendly staff, simple but clean facility. Only docking a star for the lack of menu variety (and because there's always room for improvement), but if you want good tenders, give this place a try!

I’ve tried this restaurant three times and haven’t had the best experience. The food has the potential to be good it just seems like they rush all the time to make everything so it isn’t as enjoyable...which is especially disappointing after waiting forever in the drive true. The customer service is also lacking a bit too. Will try again in a few months with hopes that things improve.

Have been coming here since they opened, great establishment with delicious chicken quick and reasonably priced. Would recommend!

My husband and I ate here today for lunch and the food and customer service were EXCELLENT! The tenders were so juicy and not at all over cooked, the GoBird sauce had tons of flavor, and the texas toast was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Great chicken sandwich, great staff, fries are good but can be bit more crispy, and no line

A welcome addition to the Foresthill area. Most of the places to eat here are lackluster and disappointing. I'm willing to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for food that I know is freshly fried and delicious. McDonald's, burger King and America's Best Wings have some competition. I welcome it.

Chick fil a good? I think they taste different but both are very equally good options. I did enjoy this more than zaxbys. The bird sauce was *chefs kiss* portions were good and I felt like I got a good deal for what I paid. Utensils and napkins were included, I seen some other reviews that mentioned the lack of. I dont like coleslaw so cant comment on that. The only thing that I would've liked to see is the fries seasoned. Otherwise definitely good and will be back!

Lets start off with Bird, a wonderful young lady !! Very swift and has a smile to brighten your whole day. Next the tenders , yeah the best and I so love the toast. 4/5 only because i think it could be a different style of fries.

Chicken fingers are really good, but that's the only thing this place has going for them. Menu options are extremely limited. No options for side items except the 3 standard items they have (Texas toast, fries, and slaw). Only 3 types of sauce is disappointing. The fries seem yo be frozen Ore Ida crinkle cut fries. There's nothing special there. My opinion is that if the fries are the main side item then make them special. Maybe some extra drink choices yoo such as a slushie style drink, limeade, or milkshakes. Overall there is room for improvement, but the chicken is some of the best around
