Went in today for lunch, was also discriminated against as someone had mentioned before. Because we are vegetarian we usually use tofu as our source of protein and not meat. We are regulars here so we can ask for more tofu (for 2 people), and they will usually provide it. Today however, the person behind the counter and the manager on duty said that they would not serve us tofu because when we come we always take all of it. They were refusing to serve us and showing an attitude saying that they don't want us to come anymore because we always take the tofu. On top of they they said if we came back they would not serve us anymore because we always complain. First of all we never complained, and second of all if we want more tofu and are paying $14+ for a meal they should provide it no problem. They are literally dying for a $2 block of tofu that I could literally bring myself to cook... Being regulars they should not be so rude and I wonder if they treat their regular customers like this then how do they treat their new customers..Before I would have let this slide but now I am compelled to write this review and I will NEVER be going back here again after todays disgusting service.Warning to all, if you want to go expect long wait times, horrible service, lack of food, and lectures from the management....*If Ganges Grill reaches out, I would love to discuss this behavior further over the phone, to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone ever again...
This is one of Short Pumps hidden gems! I like to call it Mongolian Hibachi. ?Pile as much fresh ingredients in your bowl as high as you can and take it to the cook. A few minutes later delicious food comes to your table piping hot off the grill. My waitress Zamayra was super awesome! She answered every question I had and was really knowledgeable about the menu. She made me feel welcome and comfortable during my dining experience. I will definitely be heading back in the near future.
$9 dollars for this? I understand inflation but this is highway robbery. Not only was it not cooked all the way it was disgusting. This place needs new Managment. The host and servers were super friendly and did a great job. The manager running the grill with another employee were rude and using profanity around children about the amount of business coming in and was telling the servers to hold off on customers coming in. I sit here and look at 13 empty tables while there are 20 people waiting to be seated. This is ridiculous.
My husband and I was discriminated against. The man in the hoodie sent man in the T-shirt come over to and say the manager said he will not serve y'all, because you'll come in ever Sunday and complain. My husband addres the man in the hoodie. We've never been to this establishment before. We traveling from Florida, stopped at Kroger's gassed up and decided to sit down and eat before getting back on the road. Wish I could post the video
I hosted a large and scheduled group at this horrible restaurant and was scolded for the amount of food that I was able to fit in the provided dish. I decided to simply not give my business to them moving forward.Fast forward to four years later and as soon as I enter the doors, the ungentlemenly host caught me off guard by asking if I had ordered already or just picking up. I responded and asked where I should go. He yelled at me that he was helping someone else and put his hand up for me to not speak.I am so digusted by my experiences here that I'd prefer and all you can eat buffet at a roach motel.

For my first time going it was amazing. The price was pretty affordable for a build-your-own restaurant. The restrooms were very clean and the food was an experience in itself. I 100% recommended this place.
I never ever had this nasty experience before in any restaurants. Manger and Waitress past 2 times with out addressing . Later we asked to sit it was 15 mins unattended.Not sure the criteria . We did not given a Menu card to select when waitress passed we are asking when is our turn she asked as to leave if we want to. I just left the place. Horrible service ever experienced before.
