My first time walking into the building and they had a line 6ft from the door. I thought about turning around, but I said no it’s ice cream. ? The service was awesome. They breezed through the orders and some still was able to help those like myself with questions. The mint chocolate chip was very good.

Always had a good experience here. Price is a bit high, but it is a quality product and they have a massive variety of flavors. The building itself is always clean and the staff seems happy to be there.
Amazing Local Chain! Nice inside space with plenty of seating. The ice cream itself was creamy, rich and flavorful. The ice cream sandwiches were to die for, with big, fresh, chocolate chip cookies. Would totally recommend for any family with kids or to anyone at all!
Absolutely love this place. One of my go too spots when in RVA and craving something cold and sweet. They have tons of different abs unique flavors to choose from and the scoops they give you are very generous. My go to flavor is the, "Raspberry Sorbet". It has just the right amount of sweetness which is perfect.Staff and service is always good. Even when the lines are long. They are usually good with keeping it moving.Overall, 5/5.
The consistency of the ice cream is probably my favorite thing about it, which may seem strange, but it's just soooo good. Definitely in love with the Mint Chip, Leprechaun Tracks, Just Ask, and the Chocolate Peanut Butter. The flavors are constantly revolving and I'm definitely looking forward to their summer flavors. They're always so fresh and bright. Fruity flavors with a perfect hint of decadence. Can't get enough!
OMG!!! Rum raisin and chocolate decadence with whip cream. Seriously seriously, walked on the canal and then ate Jamaican curry chicken at the food truck on 14th street and stopped here for dessert! Honestly there could not be a better Sunday. This place stays open until 10 PM on a Sunday so it is definitely a great place. And I drove here from Norfolk. & it was worth it!!
The gelati is amazing, but the fact that they are still REQUIRING a mask to enter, after the guidelines have been dropped, is absurd. Maybe it’s just because it’s Scott’s Addition, but I also just left a packed bar in that area that didn’t require anything. Hard pass based on that.
I love that they have each flavors major allergy contents notes on the ice cream case. An allergy mom's dream. There were so many yummy flavors it was hard to choose just 1...so I didn't
Extremely polite and helpful staff, and most importantly, delicious ice cream and milkshakes! If parking nearby was easier, I'd stop by every day!
