I took my son for ice cream after movie and we wanted smoothies. The employees were working to close the shop and wasn't happy to have to use the machine to make them since they had already cleaned it. I've visited this place since I was my sons age and have always enjoyed the ice cream but this experience wasn't pleasant and has stuck with me since.

We visited this cute little place while on vacation in the area. Absolutely phenomenal place if you love your ice cream. We had someone with a gluten sensitivity, and all their flavors are labeled for any allergies you might have. Not to mention how amazing the ice cream tasted. Definitely a go to for when we're in the area!!

Original flavors, delicious and creamy ice cream.100% recommend!We tried the praline, baklava, and brownie sundae flavors. All were very delicious. There were whole chunks of baklava in the baklava ice cream which was amazing.
The ice cream is amazing. And tonight the cast from my son’s middle school play rolled up at 9:30. They close at 10. The staff was polite, efficient, and just incredible. Thank you.
Yummm! This was an amazing sweet treat that I absolutely loved! It was a little busy when we arrived but that's to be expected because they are so loved in the Richmond community. We were helped right away since it looked like most people had ordered and were already eating their gelato. I ordered the salted caramel pretzel and my bf ordered the chocolate peanut butter. I tasted his and it was delicious but the salted caramel pretzel is my new favorite flavor! Wow! The perfect blend of salty and sweet with the tasty pretzel pieces was absolutely divine! I honestly can't wait to go back and get that exact same flavor again.
Very clean location, sweet staff, and of course excellent ice cream. I'm partial to the vanilla chip, but I definitely sample whatever my husband is trying that day at well ? whenever we are in town we stop by.
Super sweet treats & staff! I appreciated there was ample seating in the restaurant and the fact that they have a complimentary water station. Each flavor listing on the glass display notes ingredients (egg, milk, etc.). I loved the rainbow cookie and my boyfriend enjoyed the Oreo flavor. They also have pint and quart options for to go options.
