Funky, individualistic rock 'n roll bar with left-wing sensibilities. The perfect combination of dive and quaint, but mostly you're going here for the food, which is all excellent. Get the street corn, but especially get the fried chicken, which is legitimately some of the best I've ever had, anywhere.
This place is rad! The atmosphere is an eclectic collection of awesome posters and classic 80s! Music, while not my wheelhouse in general was also very good! And let's mention the food. There is something for everyone! This was an enjoyable dining experience!
I love the Fuzzy Cactus. They play fantastic underground music. The service is great. The drinks are top notch. The fried chicken is out of this world. The beer selection is a little limited, but satisfactory. A true neighborhood gem.
LOVVVEEEEE this place! It's quieter than other Richmond bars but in a good way. The fuzzy paloma is my favorite! Great appetizers as well.
The menu was quite brief. After receiving my food I was not impressed. I wanted to try something different but unfortunately I was not impressed.
Everyone here is so kind and friendly. Cocktails are strong, but bar doesn't carry some of the typical staple liquors so you have to peruse the options. Server was able to make their own concoction though which was yum. Like the pinball/pool options. Chicken wings and fried chicken are the best option on the menu.
This place is great! I come here to eat whenever I am in the area. The fried chicken is so good. Also, I highly recommend the carnitas burrito. The patrons and staff are very friendly. Great beer selection too.

This is some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Honestly everything is good there. You can’t go wrong. You’re missing out if you haven’t been here
Good. Simple. Tasty. Satisfying after work grub. They make their salsa and it’s bomb. Their biscuits are also top notch: right combo of flaky and filling. Isabel makes a mezcal old fashioned that makes any day a good one. Music is always interesting and the tv’s never disappoint. If you want a neighborhood hang out this is it.
