Great selection- nice creamy and favorable- plus a real friendly staff…. Perfect spot to just enjoy a cool evening relaxing!!
Decent gelato! Was a bit surprised to see they advertised themselves as the best in America… I feel like I’ve had better in Boston or the west coast. But, it was good! Tiramisu lacked flavor. Cheesecake and mango were better. Stratiacella also solid.
The guy who served us was really rude, passive aggressive, and had a bad attitude. When asked what flavors some of the gelato were, the guy was very condescending and acted like we were stupid for not knowing.He acted like that for all of our orders. He was also very short with my nephew because he wasn't speaking fast enough for him. If the guy, who I assume is the owner, paid his staff better wages, then he wouldn't need to do all the work by himself.The gelato was decent, nothing special. Although, not nearly good enough to put up with bad customer service.
The gelato is great! However, your Short Pump store needs A LOT more staff! I am here at 6:30pm on a Sunday night and the line is going out the door.There is 1 (that is ONE) person working the counter. She is completely overwhelmed - trying to both serve gelato and ring customers up. Get this poor employee some help! There should be a least 3 people (if not 4) working this very busy location on a warm Sunday evening!
Our gelato was absolutely delicious! My son had the raspberry and I had the pineapple, I would absolutely recommend if you are in the short pump area trying them out. The service was also fantastic!
Everything looks creamy and visually very nice, but 2 flavors i picked were inedible sweet, there is unhealthy amount of sugar, dont think more sugar always means better taste.
THE LADY THAT WORKED THERE WITH THE DARK CURLY HAIR WAS SO FREAKING NICE!!! My friend and I appreciate her so much I hope they give her a raise and treat her right cause she went out of her way to serve us and that meant so much!!!!
Frost is so amazing! They have a wide variety of flavors, ranging from the normal chocolate or vanilla to Gingerbread Man. They have sorbet as well!
We went there on New Year’s Day for gelato. The gentleman that was there had zero interest to provide service or to be there. He was rude and short when we asked about flavors and their cones. This was our first time there, won’t be going back.
Delicious! Rich, creamy, and so smooth. Free samples available. So many awesome varieties to try. Myself and the kids loved it. We stopped here twice during our stay and highly recommend it. Dark chocolate and hazelnut are a winning combination!I do have a flavor recommendation for you: rice pudding!
