So disappointed. I haven't eaten here since they rebuilt after the fire. So I tried before FAIL! Finally, tried again, ordered some fried wings and fried rice. My rice had a cardboard smell as soon as I opened it. Like old grease was used to fry up my rice and reallll soggy, my chicken wings burnt and greasy, but wasn't fully cooked inside! You cannot play with chicken. $20 worth of food when some one else is treating and only the eggroll & California roll was decent, not good as before- but decent. My hot and sour soup was so thick & salty and chips to go in are stale. So disappointed cause they were always good. ? Now I have to run back out and get my kids something else. I usually give places a pass as off night but nope. I did that already. 2x's is good enough for me. Yall gotta do better like when you 1st opened.
Best delivery (service and food especially) I've had ever, and I've had alot.. lol! Will be ordering from here regularly....
The customer service on the phone while placing my order was outstanding. This was my first time ordering food from this restaurant and I wasn't disappointed nor was my family. Everything was good and taste fresh. I will definitely be ordering again soon!!
Fresh Wok has the best Chinese food in the Richmond area. Since I moved here in 2015 I have been searching for my go to Chinese spot, and I have finally found it. Everything on the menu is delicious, and they delivery is pretty quick too!
Great food - everything from hot & sour soup, wonton, egg drop to 4 different entrees - everything was delicious and very fresh. We will definitely be back - wish there were more locations in Richmond.
My food is always so good and fresh, I spend all of my money here. I do get rude customer service sometimes when taking my order & then am asked for a tip after being rude, but other than that I enjoy Fresh Wok.

Went there Saturday to have lunch with my daughter and they are only doing takeout. Now I've noticed that a lot of Asian restaurants are doing this in a certain area when other restaurants are allowing people to dine-in. Stay woke people. They're trying to make this a permanent way of doing business. I refuse to spend my money with them and stand outside like a animal until food is ready. The joke is over!
Took pad Thai noodles here, may not be the best one that I had but moderately good.
Good variety of dishes. Pleasant staff. Fair prices. Even have kids menu.
