Ordered a sandwich with steak and it came with chicken instead. Also both my sandwiches were supposed to come with fries and they didn’t. It was at 4 pm not anytime near closing so I’m confused by such mistakes because now I wasted money :/
the food was really good and so was the service. the fries are the best thing about this place. I would reccommend getting a cheesesteak and the buffalo wings too. cant wait to come back

Both of our orders were made wrong, the soda machine wasn't working correctly so our soft drinks were syrupy, and the food looks significantly better than it tastes. The burgers and fries were bland and unmemorable. You can get a better stuff at five guys, and for half the price. Will not be returning.
I had a older lady help me one time she was pleasant. Other than that I’ve had bad customer service experience at this place sad because they have decent food. Especially from the skinny guy left my food on the counter went to the back and said nothing.
We had the gyro, falafel, and black bean burger. Everyone enjoyed the food and loved the fries.

My recent visit here was disappointing to say the least. First off, I may have been overcharged for my meal (Sub, fries & drink), being charged for a 12" sub instead of the 8" that I actually ordered. I should have questioned this at the time, but didn't catch until after the fact. Second, the customer service was subpar. The cashier seemed to had an attitude, and also forgot to give me my cup for a drink, so when I asked another other employee behind the counter for a cup, he also got an attitude with me. Also, the fries were burnt and overcooked. Based on my experience, I don't plan on visiting this establishment in the future.
Great Service! Great food. We showed up unexpectedly with our track team athletes and parents. The Four Brothers crew did an outstanding job with all the orders making sure everyone got their order right. I highly recommend this place.
