They have everything from Japanese kawaii candies to decadent Belgian chocolate to chocolate covered insect novelties. Excellent place to get gifts. I always find something interesting and delicious here. They also make fresh fudge and other confections. Prices are quite reasonable and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. If you like chocolate, fudge, or even sour candy, you should check this place out.
Just stopped by on my way back home on a road trip. When I heard we were stopping in Richmond for BBQ, we were too close to not visit my favorite candy store in the whole world. The selection is overwhelming, even to a chocolate lover like me, and they have a lot of obscure treats that are hard to find. I had to laugh as I even saw "misfortune cookies" on one of the shelves. The staff is super nice and the treats in the display cases are delicious. I got my dogsitter a pound of chocolate treats and she is still raving about them. Will be stopping anytime I'm driving through Richmond and only wish it was closer to my home.
For the Love of Chocolate is my favorite place to stop and grab a treat for the kids (and grown up kids) in my life. They have individual flavors of jelly beans so you can just get a person's favorite flavor. They carry most of the standard treats, diabetic friendly candy, homemade truffles, etc. They also carry international treats and my favorite off the wall candy - dark chocolate covered black liquorice.
Super friendly staff, incredible selection of prepackaged and freshly prepared treats. You can get everything from novelty/gag gifts to high end chocolate bars here. The truffles are always amazing and the prices are fair for most products, especially the fresh stuff.
I wanted to give this place a one star but it was cute and the chocolates looked wonderful. I stood there with only one person ahead of me and although there were 4 people and only one with messy hands, I waited for minutes. Tried my best to subtly announce myself. Finally left, utterly disappointed because I had so many chocolates that I was looking to buy and enjoy over my next couple travel days. Maybe I will make it back and get service when I definitely go back to the Can Can Brassiere.
Totally out of this world with their chocolate and candy selection. Matter of fact there are so many choices that it becomes overwhelming. Any type of chocolate flavor or combination they have it. Also, all this childhood favorites you'll be able to find. No kidding here if you can't find it here it may not exist!
I cannot explain how happy I’ve been with my purchases here. The selection is unmatched and the staff are all helpful and amazing. They take time to listen and help you no matter how large the purchase. Any and every holiday they can make special! Thank you!!! They recently made these beautiful Easter baskets for my children.
There was a whole wall of gummy candies. Bears, peach rings, a pig, a penguin, an egg!Amazing selection of candies for kiddos and fancier, imported even, chocolates for adults. They've even got a whole case of goodies with all sorts of chocolatey things. This is where you grab a soft black licorice, a lavender chocolate bar, and a cute pack of mints with a clever saying that makes you smile.If you like Oreos, try a chocolate covered Oreo.
All the chocolate you could ask for and more! Overpriced though. I like that they have dispensers for a lot of candies so you can get as much or as little as you want.
Awesome place. Almost any kind of candy. So many choices and you can find unique candies here. I love them!
