First time at this location customer service was good. unfortunately the fries which are the best part wasn’t good at all they were cold and dry The burgers were solid but it definitely could of been better. The food was quick which was a plus however based on my experience maybe it was a little too quick
Burgers are dry and they have messed up my last 3 orders. The food is packaged poorly, toppings left off, and they dont seem to care about customer satisfaction. Today was the last straw as I rage eat my last burger from them. It's actually frustrating trying to eat my 12 dollar burger. Never again. I have finally learned an expensive lesson.
Very clean and quite place. The service was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. I wish you guys have combos meal. It would be good idea to consider it. Thank you.

This review is from my mother we went to this five guys on forest hill by Walmart on our shopping day & the service was bad. The girl with color hair was not taking our order and they didn’t want to change gloves after taking money from someone in front of us. We saw The burgers was raw once’s we got back to car because it was too cold inside to sit down and enjoy our lunch. I just wanted to tell you about the service here. Btw fries was the best part!
This was bad! I ordered two double cheeseburgers with fries and the burgers was nasty and raw But the fries was the best part! I come here on my lunch break and was disappointed! The burgers was sloppy and messy. I hope things go back like it was because I miss coming here on my breaks!
Delicious food as always! It’s a fairly new location so it feels very nice and clean inside. Staff were friendly as well.
Worst experience ever im a regular their every time i came in the lady manager is always in the back not helping the crew shes rude and I’ve recently got a burger from their it was pink & raw.there was a skinny black guy .he always make sure the food is right before it goes out a few months ago can he come back because this was my favorite location now I have to go to nasty McDonald’s. Thank you
