Management at this Five Guys location really know what they are doing. I’m only saying this because there are so many nearby food establishments in Willow Lawn like Chipotle for example and they have some of the worst customer service. My husband loves Five Guys so I’ve been to this location quite a bit and there’s never been a disappointment. The staff members are incredibly friendly and the burgers and fries are always fresh and delicious. Tables and seating areas are also clean and workers seem to routinely clean. Plenty of parking right out front.No wonder their reviews average is close to 5 stars. Highly recommend!
The people are always nice. The place is airways clean. And the food is airways great. One down side is the price but to be honest it's worth it.

We have been going to the Willow Lawn 5 Guys since they opened. We have NEVER had a bad experience. The same manager has been there since 2004 (I asked him today). I have to assume it’s his presence there that keeps it running smoothly and why this location has always been so popular. I understand that all retailers are having a hard time getting and maintaining employees during the pandemic. But I’m willing to cut these guys a little slack if needed. The consistently best 5 Guys around!
The worst experience ever today! I wanted to order carryout and asked the guy on the phone to repeat the order so we can make sure they ordered the right thing. And of course he made a mistake and put an extra cheeseburger. After telling him to repeat the rest he started laughing me off saying how he has been doing this for a while and said and I quote “ I am going to crack up”. so rude and unprofessional! I will never order again from you guys! I have come here multiple times and I felt so disrespected!
Whoever was working there Friday 8/6/21 at 6:30pm has the worst customer service ever!! I sat there for 30 minutes before someone told me my grubhub order didn’t go through. Obviously that’s not their fault but I told THREE different people while waiting there my name and that I was waiting to pickup a grubhub. They all just looked at me slack jawed and looked around then went back to work. So I ASSUMED they saw my order and were making it. Not ONE person thought to tell me they didn’t see a grubhub ticket with my name on. Figured that would be common sense,
Today 07/11/21 I visited your store to pick up a doordash order for Joshua H at 5:45pm, the girl behind the counter wearing blue & white tye dye jeans throws the order across the Counter and turns around like nothing happen. The rudeness of your store is Unbelievable and you'll need to do something about it. That is no way to act in a work place, And a very bad representation of your business. Highly disappointed with your employers. The men and the back laughed when I stared at her, this is sad. And I will contact HR!
They need to put more people on the grill, one person alone can't get all the orders correct & if you ask for the food you already paid he has an attitude!! ..I don't blame him...he is over his limit
