I'm a big fan of hamburgers what can I say I tried out five guys before located in Austin Texas and let me tell you their fries are good and they will fill you to the brim the burgers are very good piping hot fresh tomatoes and lettuce are ice cold crisp and delicious now the burger actually filled me up I don't think I'll be having anything right now but this review is for Richmond Virginia here in downtown and I have to say that the crew was very very nice they smiled and waved and ask how are you doing and they were very professional about that and the place was very clean and let me tell you I will gladly go back again I'm very meticulous about certain places that I go to eat and everything but let me tell you the crew is very professional and that's what I look forward to in restaurants but the food was very good and let me say I will be coming back again very with my order and the service I'm going to take a line from a movie called Fast Times at Ridgemont High that was filmed in Sherman Oaks California with the scene where is Spicoli and them step into the restaurant Brad who is a restaurant manager in that scene says We Shall Serve no fries before their time party on dude and oh and by the way Sherman Oaks is my hometown totally Primo once again thanks guys???❤
standard for five guys, the burgers are great. never too busy and the wait is never too wrong. five guys can put a dent in your wallet but it is worth every penny.
Never very busy when I've gone, friendly people and good food. Amazing drink selection and plenty of room for dining even with covid restrictions.
There was a taller male preparing sandwiches that seemed pretty “focused” on the conversation between the cashier and me. This focus continued even After my order was made and I asked how much for a cup of ice. He again intervened. I declined my offer to make any further purchases. He seemed condescending in nature as he stared at me. The disrespect was taken out on my food as it was Super sloppy from an overdose of mayonnaise. I could not eat the sandwich as it was so POORLY made. I now see how 5 Guys at VCU operates. Sloppily. And with the price set higher in the area, the All too forgotten Customer Service should make up for the extra charge. Or maybe, simply treat Others as you would want to be treated. Great actions over condescending words and demeanor. I hope that some corrective actions will be taken.
It's 5 guys. We know what to expect here. A consistently great burger with WAYY too many fries in the bag and definitely a but overpriced, BUT WORTH it. At least to me every now and again. 5 Guys still reigns King. ??♂️
It's an expensive custom burger that... If you think about what you get is not that expensive...The burger is custom made, it has the toppings you want and how you want them made. The meat is ... Great. The fries.... Same.and the drinks... Also customized.... In truth... It is a good deal and just delicious.
