Waited over 25 minutes with barely anyone in store. I inquired about my order, only to find out that staff gave my food to the person who ordered after me. Asked for a refund...because at that point I didn't have the time to wait for a new sandwich and had wasted my entire lunch break. Staff struggled to refund me the correct amount. Had to return to store and correct employees twice on the right amount I should have been refunded which made me late returning to work. One star is generous considering the pitiful customer service here. Avoid this place!
Ist i had to acknowledge the lady at the register and she still did not greet me 2 I ordered 2 lg smokehouse brisket sandwiches at 7:21and did not get them until 7: 37 there was only 1 person a head of me i didnt get my sandwiches until. Because the young ladt helping thought it was more important to wipe down and clean tables in an empty dinning room first. This is my first and last time at this location. Dont go here unless you have time to wait and that's on a non busy night i'd hate to see a busy night. 3 people behind the counter and only 2 customers ... smh
It's a shame that it says closes at 9 and at 8pm they have stopped talking orders.. This is the reason I will never come back here again and had a nerve to be rude on top of it.. 2-21-22
Better order your food a hour before you want to pick it up cause it seems like they don’t start making your food till the time it says you can pick it up.
This place use to be so good. But now it has taken a turn for the worse, the bread is always old and my order has been wrong the last two times that I went. I really love firehouse and now I have to drive all the way to the other side of town to get a sub because this location is the worse. They need to shut it down. Idk what happened but it has took a complete 360 and a once really good place for a sub is now the worse…
There have been several times I've gone here for lunch and have been told there is a 45 minute wait and I was the only one in the store. Ordering online still takes over hour for it to be ready for pick up.
Ironically, rapid rescue isn't too accurate at this location.

I love Firehouse, but this location is the slowest. Took 40 minutes for a sandwich, the people in front of me having the same problem as well. One guy asked for refund and people walking out because it was slow. Turtles move faster.
the guy who made our food Messed up 3 of my orders and then charge us for another one the guy was really rude never again
