Friendly people, however service was a little slow. It was the end of the day and they were cleaning up for closing, which is understandable. However, I would've given 5 stars if my LARGE sub had more than 2 slices of MEAT on it!! Mostly bread, very disappointing..and there were mushrooms on it, which doesn't even come on the sub. I love Firehouse, so I'm going to assume this was an off night.
Went to pick up 8 8 inch subs for church meeting. The 2 guys look like they didn't know what they were doing. The subs were all wrong. They men threw half of them away because they were so bad. Not ordering for them again.
Not the best day for a sub. My favorite place to eat subs but all meats were on one end of bread and enough mayo for 2. But will try again later.
Staff was nice. One staff was newer and could see manager on duty that day was really good at training and patience and respect. Military/disabled vet discount given for qualified. Tried different sandwich and was tasty.
Very disappointed, went here 12/23/21 and when we got home with our subs I thought, o'k that's a good amount of meat until I got to the second half. I counted 8 bites with NO meat. It was all on the first half. I wonder if who made this sub would make it that way for themselves. I DO'NT THINK SO !!!!!
I absolutely love the italian sub and the turkey bacon sub.
Great fast service and tasty sub. It was quiet when I went there and all staff were masked.
Food was good, no drink machine or ice. Only hot tea and diet coke
