My experience echoes the sentiments of some other recent reviews. We tried to order online, but you can't pay with a Firehouse gift card(which is sold right in their stores). So we headed to the location and walked in 20 minutes before closing. We don't like to keep people late, nor do we want to keep them from cleaning up. We ordered our 2 subs, and we were told that they were out of tomatoes. We had to repeat what we wanted several times, and each time another ingredient wasn't available for our Turkey Subs. No Provolone Cheese, so we got Monterey Jack. No mustard, but she could give us packets. She also seemed to be sick with either a cold or allergies, and she wasn't wearing a mask, which was concerning. Everyone was nice, but we just wanted a good experience for the $33 we spent. Finally, we weren't asked for our points code or phone number, so we had to wait for the machine to "time out". Honestly, we have never had a bad experience at a Firehouse subs before. These folks were either poorly trained, have developed bad practices, or were just plain tired and done for the day. I understand all of those things these days, but it makes for poor customer service.
This location lacks quality control. It's a reoccurring problem. I've had sandwiches that neither me nor my wife would even eat because it was pure fat.And today is case I spent twice as much on a subway sandwich because I went to firehouse and I got half the options. Their steak quality was that of subways, And honestly I think Subway would have given me more meat, And definitely would have had more options. But instead I went to firehouse and spent $17. I feel like I was eating a mayonnaise hoagie with a seasoning of steak. There was no substance to it. It was just pure mush and bread
I got a Turkey, Bacon, Ranch, large. There was 2 pieces of Bacon on it. So one part of the sandwich had none. Are they getting like Subway? I am disappointed in them. I went there to get a decent sandwich and they skipped. Bummer.
Staff has a good sense of humor and taste.
Love the food there. Always fresh and taste good
Customer service is great along with there subs ?
I went late on a Saturday but the service was fast and the employees were friendly.
My order is always on point, even when a random mistake happens the crew takes owner ship and corrects it immediately. I visit this location about 2-3 times per month
I got the brisket sandwich and it was really good. I was upset to see that they don't have the 1-10 selection of hot sauces. It's one of my favorite things about Firehouse. I understand that there may be precautions because of covid. But maybe they could have employees serve the sauces in small dipping cups
great service and wonderful food
