Overall the food was good. The bake potatoe,fresh vegetables, and impossible burger was pretty good! Our kids really enjoyed the kids cheese burgers, fries, veggies and lemonade! I've always enjoyed Firebirds Grill! They have reasonable prices for both the kids and main dinner menu with great options. Our server, Madison, was great and attentive! Bring a firebird restaurant to Washington DC.

Firebirds Short Pump is our favorite restaurant for every special occasion. Last night was my husbandâs 75th birthdayâ¦. They reserved our favorite booth and greeted us with Happy Birthday wishes !!! Waitress Lea was terrific and the steaks we ordered melted in our mouths. Many thanks to all !!!! Sue Patterson
One of my favorite placed to have lunch or dinner. The food was excellent as well as the young lady that helped us with our orders. Unfortunately we will not be visiting the restaurant as much as we used to due to the huge increase in prices. A plain salad was almost 21.00! I know inflation is to blame but we will definitely have to reconsider where to dine.
Two of the meals (out of 4) were prepared incorrectly. Plates had to be taken back to the kitchen. When the plates came back, the baked potatoes were on the wrong plates. Customers switched them to the correct plates. One plate came back with rare Prime Rib while the Customer ordered medium rare. That plate was taken back to the kitchen for correction. Prime Rib had more than its share of fat. Server never offered desert; had to ask for it.
The food was but the service was great. I have been there 4 times in the last 6 months. I keep hoping that the food will improve . My Mom loved her baked potato
The food was excellent. Our waitress, Caroline, was the best. She gave us recommendations on food and drinks. Everything she recommended was amazing! We had the wood fired grilled salmon with Parmesan mashed potatoes which was absolutely delicious! We had the crème brí»lée cheese cake and it too was delicious. Great food, great atmosphere and the BEST waitress! We will go again soon!

I love coming to Firebirds. Their food is delicious and I always get the best service. Our waiter was very attentive and asked us what we were celebrating. He gave me a wonderful wine suggestion and hit the mark! He also made sure the kitchen knew about our allergies!
