We went for my adult son's birthday and had a wonderful time. There was no yelling over the table. Our server, Mark, was out of this world! He made incredible recommendations and was all in all the perfect server. I could rave on and on about him. We also all ordered different things including steak, salmon, pasta and salad. Everything was terrific. The servings are fair and let's be honest - we are big people so we know how to eat and we left feeling full.

Went to celebrate wifeâs birthday, specifically for the surf and turf which she ordered. Server returned to inform us that there were no lobsters available. Very disappointing. She needed up ordering just the filet, which was fine, but not what she been looking forward to. Donât understand how, at the beginning of the Sunday dinner rush you would completely out of one your most popular items. Should we call ahead?
Our server gave us excellent service. She was very professional & polite.

Cheesesteak egg rolls came out ice cold in the middle. Took awhile for the server to come over and check on us to get it fixed. He took it in the back and asked for them to make it right and they just reheated the egg rolls in either in oven or microwave. When I received it, the cheese was running all over the plate. Very unfortunate because I love the cheesesteak egg rolls. Overall food was okay, server was nice.

Thoroughly Impressed ?Food and service far exceeded my expectations. We were so thankful the staff acted graciously to serve us at the last minute. (We didn't arrive until after 9pm on Sunday night. They close at 10pm)Our waitress was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Everyone that passed by us greeted us warmly and seemed happy to have us there even though they hitting down for the night. I can't remember having service and food this good since before the pandemic!I ordered the salmon, veggies, and parm mashed taters. The food was cooked so perfectly, it just melted in my mouth. My guy ordered the steak with Cajun Butter. So delicious!! Usually my man sends his steak back everywhere we go because "medium well" ends up being red in the middle or dried out. Not at Firebirds ?. PS there's a beautiful patio with a fire pit ? Perfect date night restaurant!! They also have a great loyalty program and specials on certain weeknights ?
Just a little mixup in seating. We got sat in a closed section but waitress apologized and provided amazing service
Great experience from the time I walked in the door till the time I left great service with everyone checking in on me including the manager! Food was cooked perfectly to my order! And everything arrived timely!
