The food was good but service was not very good. It seems the servers don’t know whose table is whose. Our server was terrible tonight. She didn’t seem to care whether we got our food served and then wouldn’t come by our table to get our credit card to pay. . Countless servers passed by our table but our waitress kept going from table to table throughout the restaurant choosing what tables she wanted.to go to. There was no shortage of servers at El Paso. When we finally got up to get attention we wanted to leave we had to find a manager to have our waitress come to our table, she acted like she was doing us a favor she came by!!I guess we will be finding another Mexican restaurant to go too!!

Service was very disorganized, with food coming out at odd intervals and zero busing of empty plates. Some food was ok, but my wife's meal came with "stewed vegetables" that was clearly just frozen vegetables that had been microwaved with zero seasoning. And while I don't expect much from kids menu pizza (we didn't feel like arguing with my 6 year old about getting something more Mexican), it was clearly a frozen personal pizza that had been microwaved rather than cooked. Even as your basic Mexican restaurants good, this one was not that good.

We went to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college. We had several people come in from out of town. We made reservations 2 days prior for 12... when we arrived they forgot or lost our reservations. Ok no biggie. They fixed it and sat us. We sit they take drink orders... everyone gets a drink except one person. We had to remind them 5 times about her drink. We order food. Everyone gets food except one person. They needed to be reminded twice. Two of the orders were wrong. The waitress at this point cops an attitude. They comped the 2 meals and I understand stuff happens. Overall the service was good and the food was good. Just annoying. 4 stars is a fair rating as I originally wanted to give 2. Buy after calming down 4 is right.

This place has great food but the bar area is real small and it's packed with tables, chairs and booths to the point you can barely maneuver to get to your table or even to rest room!! I'm pretty sure it's a fire fire hazard the way this place is set up! Besides that though the drinks are great and the food is really good. The staff is friendly and super sweet.

Food was great. So was the service! Only issue is they charged my card for $827 and left me broke! My bill was $46! Not sure what happened but will not go there again. Technically I will not go anywhere soon because I’m now broke trying to get my money back!

Was pleasantly surprised. Randomly found El Paso and didn’t have expectations. I was off put at first because the kids menu was a bit expensive ($9.50 each); but their lunch menu was extensive and only a dollar or two more. Given we don’t want the soft drinks with the kids’ meals, this proved a better option. To top it off, the portions were MASSIVE. Highly recommend

I asked for no lemon with my water, a lemon was on the glass. I asked for spicy salsa and mushrooms, I didn't receive either of them. The food had zero flavor and the chicken was very dry.

I really like this place. I tend to try all the Mexican restaurants in the metro and this is in the top 5 for me. Very tasty.

We drove 30 minutes to go to this specific location and called ahead to see how long of a wait there would be and we were told between 25 and 30 minutes. At the point we asked if it was possible to put our names on the waiting list and they said no because it was first come first serve only. Upon our arrival we were told that they were no longer seating anyone because they were awaiting a party of 30 people what a disappointment! So much for not being able to call ahead

I really like this place. I preferred the old color scheme but the food is fantastic. The booths have a great design that makes them feel very private. Will be coming back soon.
