Came with my family to eat for dinner and the two ladies taking the order were extremely rude. They started laughing when I asked a question about one of their menu items and didn’t even respond. We specifically told them to not put anything spicy on one of the burritos, they did. When we went and told the girl that the burrito was spicy she just stood there and looked at the food. Didn’t apologized for the mistake, didn’t ask if I wanted a refund or if I wanted it made again. The food was delicious but we won’t be coming back, please teach your employees the basics of customer service.

The cashier/waitress girl is horrible. Treats customers bad and does not care about you nor your food. Literally laughs in your face with her other cashier friend.Fire her please.

Was served little portions of taco's at 13$ per plate $4 for the drink. Worst meal this year ever. Gave me some sour cream that tasted almost like mayonnaise. Definitely was Mexican anything..... Last time I'd ever eat there. You've been warned. *No Refunds* and mngmnt will come and sit with you to figure out the problem but they will not reimburse you for your meal nor offer anything different. I spent over $6o for 3meals that weren't worth $4. Get it together guys. I asked for the owner Crews. However, he was not there. So this Never was taken care of besides me taking the liss. Yes, I'm upset about this as i should be it's $60.

Best tacos in town. We used to get them once a week from the truck on Staples Mill. This little hole in the wall is an EXPERIENCE. Grab a menu on your way in. Order at the counter and take your number. Chill and dance to the insanely loud ranchero music. Ponder how polka instruments got so popular in Mexico. Wait for your order to come up. Top it off at the salsa bar and yell over the music the whole time if you want to talk. Or bring someone you don't want to talk to. Will return again soon.

There chips and salsa were $6 for a half filled cup andnthe chips where burnt. Way too pricey.

We usually get GORDIDAS, today we ordered and specifically said the word GORDIDAS, we came home to see the girl made us "Tacos", whole order was messed up, handfull of fried chips for 4$ , my boy frd went back to tell them they messed up, The receptionist, first of all disregards the order, saying we asked for Tacos, then the guy with her started laughing at my boy friend, so disrespectful.Tacos wasnt even cooked properly.Never going back there again.Zero Star

OH MY GOD, I'm in love! I ordered through DoorDash and having DoorDashed for this restaurant aswell this was the FIRST time I ever had their food. I'm sold, simply put. I ordered the Chipotle Burrito Special with Carnitas--not a fan of the raw onions and jalapeños inside and on top of the burrito, I do wish those were cooked and perhaps then dressed into/onto the burrito. It was a surprise to get a bite of pickled jalapeños inside the burrito itself, my mouth was on FIRE. Despite those everything else was balanced, the pork pulled apart so tenderly and the nacho cheese on top was perfect! I ordered a side of guacamole, the helping size did NOT disappoint! It was fresh, limey and creamy it was a great add-on. I will happily be ordering from here again for the future!

I has a really hard time on how I was going to rate these guys, i was leaning 3*, but think that was do to my own hang-ups. First the food we got was very good, just didn't like how you ordered or set up of it. I read some people rave bout the service, but thats just it, you don't have a server. You walk in, they hand you a menu and you order at the cashier, pay then they hand you table stand with a number on it. You seat yourself and then wait for your food. No chips or salsa, unless you paid for some. It seems that most everything is a la carte. We ordered a beef burrito, beef huaraches, a sprite and cup of water (no iced tea), which equaled $20 even. There were no sides of rice or beans included. They do have a "salsa bar", which is included for dine in only. It has a 4 sauces and a couple of pickled veggies. I mean it's nice, but nothing mind blowing. They ask you to bus your own table. I don't know, when we stopped in my expectations were of a normal Mexican joint, with waitresses and such, so it threw me. Some of the sandwiches sound pretty cool, so I might come back to try those.

Loved the fresh crispy Gordita, you can see the kitchen staff rolling out and pressing all the fresh tortillas, and cutting then frying chips to order. The Mexican hamburger was excellent, Cuban torta was huge and delicious, fries were even crispy and hot. FYI they close for 3-5 Pm at this recently open road street location and there were people waiting to get in at 5.

Try the fried cheesecake!! I ordered online and they still put the effort in to make the plating nice and add the whipped cream and cherry and make it look pretty!
