This location offers curbside but NEVER actually provides the service. Each time I try again, it’s the same story. What’s even more frustrating is when I finally walk in they say “sorry”…I don’t want to hear sorry…I want you to stop offering a service on your app that YOU DO NOT PROVIDE. PURE LAZINESS!! And it’s just this location. I’ve never experienced this at any other Einstein’s location.
Well…I waited 35 minutes for a single bagel with cream cheese here today. While the store was full of people waiting with staff who were very sweet but very slow, the general manager literally left and came back with dry cleaning in hand. Went to the back not to be seen again. I was appalled. Who leaves their struggling staff with a full store to pick up dry cleaning? Brendon apparently. Also, after a 35 minute wait they put a single knife full of cream cheese on my bagel. Absolutely wild.
Employees shut and locked door as I pulled up around noon on a Sunday 2 weekends ago. No sign no explanation. Multiple customers waited confused in parking lot. Could see employees through window making themselves drinks while ignoring us.
I walked in the door at 1:50 pm. Sign on door says open. Hours posted said open until 2. The girl at the counter saw me come in, ran to the back. After 30 seconds or so she came back and told me manager said that they're closed. No apology. No explanation. Just refused to serve.
I love the variety. The fact there is still no indoor seating available is a negative. The prices just seem to be getting higher with no change in quality or service. $21 for sandwich and coffee drink seems high to me.
I usually don’t order from here EVER bc - even though I LOVE the food, it’s always a freakin nightmare entering this store and I typically don’t have the energy for it. Today I met the new general manager Brendon and when I tell you it was a PLEASURE going in there today I can’t exaggerate enough. This guy has a sparkle in his eye. I can’t wait to see what he does with this prime location. He’s got my business for sure - between brendon and the blonde worker (whose name I always forget), they’re set up for an amazing summer - I’ll def be back
$25+ for 1 sandwich & 2 plain bagels is disgustingly absurd pricing. It wasn't even that good or worth it. Never again.
Do yourself a favor and run to Panera where you can get much better food that is actually available for a similar price with much better service and a cleaner environment.
We got there right as they opened on a Saturday. Clearly this caught them off guard, but the coffee and foods great as expected. My son had an apply-Cinnamon Bagel with cream cheese to help fuel up for a tournament. They have not returned to allow dine in eating, so we had to get back on the road to eat.
Nice if they would add vegan & vegetarian options on the menu without over pricing
