Never again...wife wanted a good bagel and I've never been so we stopped by. Over 20 minutes for a simple toasted bagel. And the bagels we ordered and already paid for...we were told they ran out, so we had to get another type of bagel we didn't really want. And the shake was...they said they were out of shake mix? An all around horrible experience and to top it off, wayyyy to expensive for the product. Not recommended, Panera bread is actually better tasting, cheaper, and a ton faster.
This location has become run down. It's never clean, there is trash on the floor, and staff are stretched way too thin. Basic supplies (coffee cup lids, cream in the carafe) are frequently empty. Half the staff members there are rude and irritated all the time. This store has really gone down hill since COVID...
Where should I start? Unhappy, unpleasant, slow-moving employees who seem like they could care less about customers? Poor store management? Late openings? Long waits? The bagels and coffee are good, and this store is convenient for me, so I’ve gone back way too many times. But I’m done. Never again.
The service here has never been great, but it has hit a new low. Today, only one employee, who has very poor customer service skills (which I observed with him on multiple occasions). He told us how the district manager ran off the store manager, so they literally have no manager and apparently have not for awhile, and for breakfast rush only 2 people were scheduled and one did not show up. I get that staffing is an issue, but close, turn off mobile orders, put a sign on the door....something. Today, this culminated in a yelling employee, food and liquid all over the floor behind the counter, and the majority of customer just leaving.
Unmanaged demand. Customers turned away over order backlogs. 30-60min waits. Suggestion: Raise wages. Hire more staff. Upgrade facilities to increase output.Sure wish I could get a bagel sandwich one weekend ?
I visited two days straight, early in the morning and never have the chance to order anything due to service being slow. Employee was extremely rude and seem like he didn’t like his job. If they hire more staff and serve better customer service. I MIGHT come back. ✌️

I ordered a pizza bagel with door dash and this is what Einstein’s gave them. I’m not one to complain but this is just awful. Burnt to a crisp and taste like cardboard.
Good food but service is slow as heck. I waited half hour just for one sandwich til i just wanted my money back!
We stop by every now and then when we don't feel like making breakfast, and they almost always mess the order up one way or another. Today was particularly bad... I asked and paid for 2 eggs on my sandwhich and ended up with 0 eggs on my sandwich. I think we're finally done here.
