Line was too long and they were too short staffed for anything to be worth the wait. Those poor workers.
I purchased Asiago bagel with avocado, red onions, tomato, lettuce, spinach, and a sauce they created. It was so delicious I make it at home now. They did originally get my order wrong. However, it was fixed immediately with no hesitation.
food is great but i will not be coming back. the customer service is terrible. they made fun of me when i finished ordering as if i couldn’t hear them? And one time i had to wait 30 min for a bagel with cream cheese which made me late to my class.
Hours say 7AM-3PM but it was closed at 8:30AM

This place is lit unless you are on the vcu meal plan. Meal plan options are limited, but isn't everything with the meal plan. 5star
Great spot for breakfast or lunch. The ingredients are always very fresh. They have excellent bagels, great selection of sandwiches made on croissants as well as on bagels. Nice assortment of pastries and muffins, always fresh and so delicious. I love the nova lox, or avocado bacon egg. You can see the team hustling to make your sandwiches to order using very fresh ingredients and custom sauces. They also have a full menu of coffee drinks, shakes and smoothies. Their cold brews and cappuccinos are top notch. Perfect environment for family or friends with laptop station, outlets, WiFi, TV, super clean and nice.
It's a good option to use swipes at vcu. Of course, you won't actually get your money's worth, but that is true for litterally every swipe option on campus. It's relatively open swipe schedule means it isn't that busy when it takes swipes. It is pretty good food and it is always better than going to Shafer.
Worst customer service in any establishment ever. Girl at the register with the short hair and glasses has never said a single word besides “ NEXT”. Incredibly rude. Along with other staff who yell at you from behind the counter when you’re in the middle of the line for your order. Attitudes and eye rolls. I don’t pay this much money for VCU to hire so poorly.
Solid bagels. Good for a quick grab.
