Fruit arrangement had a nice presentation, but that’s where it stops… customer service wasn’t that great either and could of been much better. Fruit barely lasted a day. Fruit was old, slimy, soft, mushy and did not taste good or fresh. Bummed out considering it was for my kid’s graduation and it was expensive at $80. My kid told me they did not enjoy it at all. Felt like I was throwing my money in the trash since the fruit was not edible ‘ no pun intended’.I’ve been an edible customer for over ten years and I have to say with great disappointment this location was hands down the worst I have ever been to, as this was my first time visiting this location and my last, honestly, I will not go back to this one again. Waste of time & money.

I visited this store for the first time. The employee named Dan offered something very special for my mother, and she loved the gift. Very big shoutout to Dan!! I will definitely be coming back for my gifts! This store is great, I highly recommend the products and services.

Poor customer service the clerk Dan made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. That I did not belong there. The display of fruit they have has mold on it. And when I went to order what I originally asked for but it was clearly too much for him Dan me told that another 15 minutes added on top of my original order.

A friend of mine had a family member pass away, so I had her some chocolate covered strawberries delivered. Soon after she receives them, she calls me in a panic because there were STRANDS of hair INSIDE of the strawberry/chocolate coating. I was shocked, and felt so bad. My friend called the store multiple times, no answer. Corporate seemed to be no help. She had to go to the store just to get in contact with someone. They gave me a refund, and gave her a free arrangement, so that’s cool and all…but this is a whole health code violation. What if she had gotten sick? Why aren’t staff wearing proper PPE? And if they are, why aren’t they wearing correctly?Just a bit disappointed with my experience overall.

Valentine’s Day can be challenging to navigate in a long distance relationship. There was a slight delivery hiccup so I called the store to get more information— I spoke with Dan who provided outstanding customer service. He looked into the issue and promptly resolved it. He was friendly, personable, and helped to provide great comfort during an already stressful day. Thank you so much for all your help today!

My daughter ordered and had delivered for me chocolate covered strawberries, brownies and cookie package. The strawberries were ripe and sweet and the chocolate was decadent. It was all perfect. Receiving this made my day!

Customer service is bad

I ordered a delivery for Saturday, unfortunately the recipient had to leave and the gift was not deliverable. Unfortunately every time I call customer service I get hung up on, no one answers, it takes 6 attempts to have someone answer.That’s about $60 down the drain and no one to discuss what options are available.I was able to get through once, and was told a refund could be requested and to call the store. See paragraph one for how that went.

I ordered an edible arrangement with a bouquet of flowers for my friend's birthday. The fruits were delivered but not the flowers. Customer service is terrible at that location. No one picks up the phone and there's no way to leave a message because the voicemail box is full. I sent an email to the manager/owner. I hope to get a refund for the flowers.
