When in Richmond, get your Chinese cuisines from here. Delicious food and great staff, you can’t go wrong. I appreciate the location of the restaurant because of the many establishments surrounding it. I bet your food will be done in 10 minutes. 20 minutes if you order a large quantity. Will I return? Duh ? Of course.
The shrimp with garlic sauce wasn't as garlicky as I expected. The veggies were good however, it did not have the garlic taste.
This place is so freakin good. We consider ourselves kinda Chinese takeout snobs and we’re addicted to this place. Highly recommend!
Best Chinese food in Richmond thus far. My food was ready in a timely manner and served hot. I ordered the sesame chicken and it exceeded my expectations. Definitely one to try.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SPOT FOR SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI EGG ROLLS AND SMMFH THE FRIED CHICKEN. BUT WHY DO I GO HERE ? THE SWEET TEA IS REALLY WHY BEST IN. THE CITY BIG BOY Styrofoam cup love it
Stick to the tried and true.Not sure what’s been going on, but the quality of the food has dropped off a bit. Or maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. Usually love this place but the last few times I’ve ordered take out from here it’s been disappointing. I ordered Sichuan chicken this last time and it was 80% onions and celery with about 8 pieces of chicken in a watered down brown sauce. Also ordered the fried chicken fried rice which was still good but I don’t know something seems off.Still my go to Chinese take out restaurant!
The Eatery in my opinion has the best in Chinese/American cuisine.
I've been eating at the Eatery since 1983. It has changed hands but the food is still top quality for a good price.They always remember what I ordered and have it ready as quickly as possible. It's a very busy place.
Fast and friendly service. The general Tso shrimp is unmatched. The shrimp are scrumptious with minimal batter, and the vegetable fried rice is deliciously made with whole veggies.
Every time I go here the food is delicious and the portions are good. I cannot even complain about their food. When I first moved to Virginia I have been looking for a Chinese food restaurant and after a couple years I found this one. Imagine driving from Chester just to get their food.
