I asked for hard broccoli, the broccoli I was given was mushie , it looked like broccoli soup messed up my whole meal, I couldn’t even warm it. Put on the recipe soft broccoli, did she mix up the order? If so I know the other person was mad, I spent $ 55.00 ,won’t go their again

I love the food it always taste great and it's hot and freash cooked by order . Some places you get old egg rolls ect but not here .

Asian food has become extremely competitive if you want some good food come here they never disappoint.

My family has been going here for 25+ years. They have never disappointed. No other Chinese food place can compare.

I’ve ordered several times from Eastern Carryout and they’ve always been consistently good. The food is fresh, tasty and they give a decent quantity.

My office ordered lunch from here & we were all a little worried (because it was a big order), but the Eastern team wrote everyone's names on their orders & did an amazing job at making sure everything was included. We had all our food & it was good! Thank you so much, very much recommend!

This is my Personal favorite in Western Henrico. Fresh tasting white rice, real chicken in their sesame chicken. The hot oil was fresh (sometimes that stuff sits for a bit... you can tell).

Just found Out is Bew Ownership Tonight. I was really disappointing with my order the chicken wings was very nasty , bitter Taste. the oil need to be changed. , My Vegetable lo mein was Nasty, No flavor, I WON”T Be ORDERING even AGAIN. ??

After ordering for well over 20 years with delivery, I was informed tonight that they have a five mile delivery area. I am 6.1 miles away and have spent at well over a thousand dollars (probably much more) during that time. The last time I ordered was two weeks ago with no issues. They told me that this was a long time protocol and also informed me they are now charging a three dollar delivery fee. Never had that before either. I always tip the driver well. All being said, I can't believe a long term customer would be treated like this out of the blue and the total disregard of my concerns as a long time patron by the manager and staff was very upsetting to me. With a few blips over the years, I have generally been very satisfied with this place but will no longer continue with my patronage. I feel as though I have been deceived by the staff and just "tossed to the curb" by them. Bad business model!
