Was traveling for an event and used this Dunkin every morning. Service was polite and they got my mobile order right every morning. Super appreciative.Be prepared to wait for a bit in the morning if you’re using the drive thru. It’s a popular location but the staff does a good job of moving cars through.
This is the most polite, personable, & cheerful service that I may not find any other place I would travel!!!???I arrived shortly after opening, my service dog and myself were greeted at the drive-thru, I then found myself parking to walk in and enjoy a warm breakfast and espresso Plus a regular coffee and water. I enjoyed my morning ritual of playing Scrabble and catching up on news in a clean vibrant store. Thank you so very much to the staff that served me. I traveled in from North Carolina, how lovely this hospitality and friendliness?. The egg bacon cheese on croissant was mouth watering, I should have ordered two?. Thank you once more, L.** I must have stayed an hour, I noticed a female employee( that had arrived after I had been served) spending most of the time that I was there standing in the parking lot speaking with a patron outside the window where I was seated... what is friendly neighborhood
Excellent customer service! Both girls that I spoke to were very polite and pleasant. My breakfast sandwich was frozen in the middle, my coconut milk refresher was entirely too sweet, and the hash browns were freezer burned.I went because I had a gift card, so I doubt that I will return. However, the staff was wonderful!
I originally ordered the 50 count munchkins only to receive 47. I called the store and spoke to the worker, who said she could remake the order (50 munchkins), but the flavor selection would have to be different due to supply. We said thank you and ventured back to the store on Patterson Ave. The girl then said she spoke to the manager and then changed her mind stating she "Could either provide us the three missing doughnuts or a ten count." This arrangement was not as agreed upon on the phone and was harshly worth the effort to correct (i.e., gas, mileage, child anger), etc.
I come here on my lunch break sometimes cause it’s so close by, today however was uncomfortable and bizarre experience, I was handing the cashier the money at the window but he kept repeating me the total price, so I told him how much I handed him, he just kept repeating me the price but staring at me, then he proceeded to ask me if i was okay if I was doing okay? If I needed help, That I don’t look okay? Felt like he wanted a reaction or something? I was speechless like was i dreaming? ?I don’t know if he was messing with me or maybe there was some misunderstanding . It was so surreal like you had to be there yourself.
The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, time and time again they lack basic customer service, super slow, & the inside is closed 95% of the time. Drive the extra five minutes to the Dunkin on Ridgefield or Lauderdale, it’ll be worth it I promise…
The young lady who helped me was a great inspiration to me today. Happy and pleasant her smile made me smile and feel very welcomed to be there. Thank you
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Over fermented dough causing sour doughnuts!!! Absolutely disgusting. Wasted $13 on a dozen to be immediately thrown out! Called corporate because the store wouldn't answer the phone and the lobby is closed!!! Was told the franchise owner would call me withing 1 business day. Week later never happened!! Trashy location thatbsteals your money for inedible food!!
Finally, a DD with fresh donuts and hot coffee. I will drive the distance to shop here. Obviously, well managed, well trained staff.
The avocado toast was so good. And the lady in the drive thru was friendly and made me smile. If I didn’t live so far away I would come back. If I’m in town again I will come back. Oh and the service was super fast.
