Slow service, but I think they may have been short staffed. Lady was very nice and our order was correct via drive thru.
Drive-thru was fast, friendly & got my dozen of mixed donuts right!
Hey have no menu on display. I was ignored by staff for over 10 minutes. When someone finally said something to me she had to take her ear bud out to hear me because she was on the phone. When i asked for a menu she said we dont have on and to go on line. This place shouldn't be open
The worst customer service ever!the white lady who works in the mornings is rude, she treated me very badly and was aggressive. they should know that being friendly is the most important quality when hiring their employees!!!
As usual, there was something wrong. This time I ordered a Sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant. No croissants
This establishment is so unorganized. I mobile order a coffee to pick up through drive thru. When I got there the drive thur line was backed up so I decide I will just go in and get my order. I was the only person at the counter and no one acknowledged me. One lady would not even make eye contact. I asked if my order was on the counter I was told no but never asked for my name or what I order. After 3 min of this I left and went through the drive thur that was still backed into the street. After about 5 min of waiting I pulled around to the window braking in front of cars waiting. When the guy finally acknowledged that I was at the window after a min. He said oh your Courtney and handed me a Luke warm beverage. When tasting this signature salted carnal latte I realize there is no coffee in it. They have given me warm milk with salted Carmel flavoring. I will never return to this establishment again.
I order coffee here early in the morning on my way to work. My coffee is always fresh and the staff is very friendly and efficient!
Last visit when handed my matcha tea latter it was squeezed and ended up dripping all over my beige car upholstery and me. This morning ordered another matcha tea latte and a breakfast sandwich. Instead was given just a coffee and sandwich but was charged for the matcha.
The crew of young men running this store when I came by was incredible, professional and very pleasant and extremely efficient.
Awful service. I've been to this location three times and my order (small coffee with 6 creams and 6 sugars) was always incorrect. Poor customer service as well.
