WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE EARSThey have a doorbell thing installed that sounds any time the door is opened. It emits an incredibly loud, high pitched sound right at your ear level. My ears still hurt 20 minutes later. This is beyond unacceptable. I need to safeguard my hearing for my profession. I will not ever be going to this location ever again.
The place was closed due to short staff so I had to go through the drive through which I didn't mind at all. The two workers that were there were soo nice and helpful got my things quickly and I went on my way still thinking about them. Thank you both keep up the good work but remember you are a person and you also need rest. ❤
Inside was closed. We got a dozen totall donuts..we stopped there while in richmond .decided to have some on the way back home .they were the worst we have ever had from Dunkin. If we had been closer after trying them .we would of taken them back for full refund .I hope this is not going to be the norm .we havent been back to the one near us yet ..I dont want to throw money away on dryed out donuts. With little filling .
This place is awful! Went two days in a raw and they have only one lady working. She is going from the drive-thru to the inside. When you place your order if there is someone inside, she goes and take their order and then go and make the food. It takes for every to get your breakfast. If you have only one worker you should not have you dining room open. They quality of the food was awful. Never going there again.
I went through the drive thru. The line wasn't that long but the service was extremely slow. The selection of donuts was limited and the price for 1/2 doz was way too expensive.
I waited in line for 10 minutes patiently and decided to pull up to the window, where I saw the drive thru worker was taking someone’s order (not in a vehicle) when I pulled up, she told me I could not order at the window, but there was a gentleman who was ordering at the window, and refused my service and shut the window on me. I had no time before my shift to get lunch, and wasted all my time sitting patiently, to be refused service.
First you can't go in at all. 2nd - I was there approximately 9 a.m. and only had a choice of 5 flavors of donuts and 3rd - donuts were not fresh....blech. will be going to Krispy Kreme or Sugar Shack in the future.
Got out of my car and the lobby is still closed (pretty sure everyone else in the state is over that now and fully open). Clerk very sarcastically stuck her hand up in the air inside and twirled with a nasty expression as if to say "Go around". Completely insane but fine. I go to the drive through--ordered a coffee and hash browns, cream and sugar on the side. Took forever for a coffee; they handed me the bag which I thought had my potatoes in them. Got to work---no hash browns in the bag, just cream and sugar and I didn't have time to go back. The coffee was horrible, and full of grounds. Will not be back and do not recommend.
Why can’t or won’t the owner respond and do something about their store? It is a great location but If they can’t afford to hire talented staff who care and train them where needed, or get their own hands dirty (clean) but help out, might as well close it down and let new owners who care rake it over. This is a prime location and there aren’t many Dunk’ns in good locations. Please response and say something or do something if at all possible. Why not hire an adult manager or be there yourself helping out instead of letting everything and everyone call down? Maybe there is something going on the customer doesn’t know and, if so, apologize.
