I recently took over this store as general manager in February of 2022 and have been steadily working towards turning the store around. Thank you to all the customers who are being patient and who continue to come back every single day. There have been a lot of mishaps, with a broken ice machine and a broken drive through register, but now that those things have been fixed I can only hope to raise the standards of the store and It’s employees. I’m working on retraining the current crew I have and also hiring new faces, although we will still be trying to get you in and out of the store in a quick manner. I do apologize as some days we are understaffed and take a bit longer with you orders, we will “grind” even harder on days we’re short staffed though. Also all donuts are delivered from a bakery, the only ones we make in store would be maple and double chocolate as well as the cruellers. We have nothing to do with the icings of the donuts, especially the filled donuts. If you plan on making a large order(3 or more dozen) please call 48 hours in advance so we can have your order for you and ready when you come pick it up and we can account for the order with our bakery.Thank you

Poorly managed inventory. Seeing this Dunkin' operate makes me think restaurant inventory is impossible, and meant for select members of Mensa.I started going to other Dunkin's in the area due to this Dunkin' always being low/out of multiple menu items. I have been told multiple times items are discontinued, but I find them in unwavering stock at other Dunkin's. If you're passing through the East End, wait the 20 minutes until you make it to Willow Lawn or Short Pump locations; and if you're headed eastbound go to Mechanicville or Quinton locations.

I have went by there everyday couple of days for almost 3 months and everytime. We are out of the cappuccino blast mix, or chocolate icecream, literally anything I ask. The employees are awesome that work there and have NO customer service skills

If you want fresh donuts without nail imprints in them, don’t shop here. I bought a dozen assorted donuts today and when I got home and opened the box just to find nail imprints and they all were hard. You could play hockey with them. The nail imprints had to have been done during the cooking process before putting chocolate topping because the chocolate settled inside it. It’s certainly disappointed and will not ever go here again.

Great customer service, the staff are nice and the food are delicious! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10 must try again ☺️?

Went in about a week ago for two coffees, two sandwiches, and a couple donuts. There was only one person in the store who clearly did not know how the POS system works or what to do in the case that he could not make my sandwiches (He was clearly new and I in no way blame him.) He could not make my sandwiches but my account was still charged $8 for them. He told me to call customer service. I have called customer service every day for the past week trying to get my money back for the items I was charged for but never received. Every time, I have gotten put on hold for hours only to be hung up on. I just want my money back.

Do not walk into this establishment. If you’re standing in line inside it’ll be anywhere from 20-40 mins. Go to the drive through. They’re severely understaffed. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

Slow…. They had no business. Sat in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes with TWO CARS IN FRONT OF ME…. lobby was empty saw no one go in. Rude employees. Their go-to response is “yeah” it was kinda funny

So the lil spanish or biracial girls seem young and may need more training in customer service skills, But i love that black woman who’s usually at the window in the morning! Food always hot and delicious.

I went in the store to purchase two doughnuts. I waited for over 10 minutes before anyone saw me, greeted me or asked me can I help you. A lady came by and said, it'll be a few minutes. I waited as three employees complained about working the were, complained about other employees not wearing masks, not doing the eye job. I would not frequent this place, I just wanted to doughnuts. Another example of ungrateful employees who are hired to serve people food. Go figure. I forgive all of them but top management needs to know. Here's the pics of the staff who failed to ask me what I wanted to order. Once I started taking pictures, the tall man in the black shirt came out and apologized for the problem by saying, did you need something? I said, I've been waiting 10 minutes listening to the three of you complain about working here and waiting to order. Sad days, no wonder the economy is horrible.
